Easy Creation of Video content
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to create a video from idea to actual video. It takes minutes and all you need is your creative mind and the Synthesia platform does the rest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. The fact that you guys think ahead and add features all the time is fantastic.

creating training and user manual videos and marketing collateral with a difference.

The generation of project and product presentation videos in an agile and quick manner, in multiple languages, with impressive production assistance through templates, guides, etc.

Sometimes the platform is slow and generates errors. The price is not competitive.

What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the length of the video, processing time may vary. You cannot preview the video with the avatar's voice until it is processed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia.ai saves time and money by providing a technological solution for video production. Its intuitive interface, templates, and multilingual capabilities make it a game-changer for our marketing and training purposes. What do you like best about the product?
- I'm able to create high-quality, polished, and well-presented videos for my team, without the need or technical know-how of using a traditional video editor.
- The software is intuitive and easy to use, which makes onboarding new users very simple.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good to have the option to 'top-up' your minutes without upgrading to a new plan. I've found that if I generated a video and I've got to make a minor amend (to the animation, for example), I'm unable to re-generate it, which can be frustrating when you have deadlines to stick to.
Another suggestion would be to add more realistic British English voices to the library. I've found that there are a lot more options for American English accents than British English.

It's enabled me to cut down meeting times and create a more engaging way of training, upskilling, and informing people.

very easy to use, and great quality - had been a boon to my course development and saved me a fortune in recording costs

I am on the monthly plan, and I could use a heap more time - I keep running out because it is so good and useful

It is very easy to use and you can draft video decks very quickly. Is a game-changer in terms of being able to create content quickly and effectively.

In the free version, you are given avatars that don't quite hit the mark in terms of motion and voice, which may out you off upgrading.

Being able to create more pitches and content at 5 times the amount before.

While Synthesia excels in many areas, one notable drawback is the lack of a comprehensive video editing suite within the platform. For users who require advanced editing capabilities, such as trimming, cropping, or adding effects to background videos, they may find themselves having to rely on external software for this. This can introduce additional steps into the workflow and disrupt the seamless experience that Synthesia aims to provide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One specific example of how Synthesia has benefited our organization is in the case of limited training budgets, and the need to deliver regulatory training to the field. Synthesia's affordable pricing model and ability to translate videos into multiple languages and create engaging content can help any organization to overcome these challenges and ensure that their regulatory training is accessible and effective for all employees, regardless of their location or language proficiency.

Hungarian voices are not too perfect. The Hungarian voices little bit is "robotic voice " ....need development

My e-learning training videos include "live" speakers.
Amazing tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia makes the video creation much easier than the traditional process (going to a studio, recording multiple takes, editing them, getting corrections, etc). Editing in Synthesia is as simple as editing a slide presentation, and this makes the software very useful! And above it all, the support team is very fast at answering questions and verifying possible issues!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides yet, the ones that I saw were related to the support team and repaired as fast as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that Synthesia is solving for us is having more effective ways of communicating with employees than only text, and the economy of the hours needed to record and edit a video normally.
