Synthesia keeps getting better
What do you like best about the product?
The editing features make it really intuitive to author engaging videos. Synthesia tools make it easy to animate the layout of scenes with pin point accuracy as to script timing and specific behaviours.
The customer support has been great, whenever I had a issue I got quick, helpful, responses.

What do you dislike about the product?
The web based system is sometimes slow to respond, this can cause issues if mutiple buttons are pressed, easy to fix with undo and redo but can still cause issues. The new layers feature is helpful but could be even better with ability to group images into layers... this could hepkl reduce the required number of sceness... lack of copatibility with SCORM...

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My clients have siginificant person to person onboarding activities, especially for new customers. The activitis involve lengthy planning and scheduling, followed by periodic meetings. The videos I create for my client eliminate/reduce the need for these repetitive meetings, creating an even more engaging experience, one that is scaleable to larger audiences and many clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Every body knows that putting a face to a message dramatically improves the quality of perception and memorization of the message by the audience. Synthesia made it very simple, fast and afford able! In my team we don't have to worry amymore about organizing a shooting, casting speakers, fighting for a budget to cover the costs. Its all at the fingertips with significantly less costs and minimal time and effort.
What excites me the most is the great choice of speakers and voices I can mix & match to adjust the speaker to the message, its tonality and status.
Apart from the very professional looking presentation presets, I often use the stock data to boost customization even further.
I use AI scripts assistant for lengthy presentation where detailed clarification is necessary and this smart assistent dramatically accelerates my copy-writing.
Sure, some messages absolutely require a live speaker, but in 90% it does not. And Synthesia cover up for it.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would keep including more asian models - Japanese, Korean, Chinese. There is a great demand for avatar with certain visual standards, and having them would certainly help to communicate with the Asian audience more effective and professionally.
Technically I would keep trying to neutralise the light effects, such as overly warm/cool light, such as light reflexes on the face of the avatars, etc. That way all the avatar would qualify for any setting. Right now some really great ones cant be used for every occasion.
Also I would improve the avatar search filters and make it more precise. For examples, when I look for an " asian avatar", I dont get all the asian models in the pool but only some. I have to manually go through the list, which can be time consuming and bulky since the pool of avatar is great and getting only bigger every quarter.
Its probable that Synthesia got us hooked on the high comfort level and now we complain about small things.)))).

I used a lot of audio records to create educational material. Now, I am able to visualize a lot of it in a more professional and human manner. This improves the quality of my material dramatically.

Its a fantastic way to communicate with customers and express ideas in an AI format.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit slow to get the videos approved, something which will improve over time.

Its great for communicating ideas to customers, you can input text and an AI synth will read it.
Best AI Tool in the Industry
What do you like best about the product?
I love all the features available at Synthesia especially Edit with AI that allows us to shortern or lengthen our scripts. The avatars are an awesome feature that comes to live when you generate the video.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. Probably, we can have a feature to play the video we embed on Synthesia that will allow us to add highlights on certain sections easily based on the script.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its automating my work and I am able to do so much in less time.
State of the Art AI Video Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia is a great tool to produce AI based videos in many languages in now time. Most astonishing is the speed in which it produces videos from an idea, no matter what form it is coming from. Script, Slides, Document or own idea. Videos are there within minutes.
Easy to manage and edit, because many known concepts are used inside systhesia. They say there is no "inuative usage" in digital ui. Synthesia proves this to be wrong - impressively.
Synthesia support is very reactive. Help is there realy fast.
I use it on a daily basis and find it very easy to intergate the outcome. Costumers are easily impressed by the implementation.

So many avatars to chose from, you can get lost.
Lip synch to english is still a bit better than to other languages it seems, but tool is updated regularly. Will get even better I am sure.

Videos are great for costumer cummunication - producing videos is time consuming. Not with Synthesia.

Perfect for product demonstration video tutorials for a manufacturing company. The wide range of voices to choose from make content more dynamic.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use with impressive results. Using the AI feature to import text really gets the ball rolling on your presentation.

A bit time consuming getting the AI to take the appropriate pause after sentances or before new paragraphs. Some funny inflection, and a pronunciation.
