Amazing for creating AI Videos, fast and good quality
What do you like best about the product?
A lot avatars to use, good voices, many features like your own templates!

Options to edit and insert external video needs an update

If I do not have a moderator in front of my camera I can create videos which fit my needs
Rapid video production
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is incredibly easy to use allowing you to build or import content elements, add a human Avatar presenter, import or write a talk track, add a voice, and then generate an mp4 video. The best part is....that would take days to weeks using conventional in-studio methods and now we can do that in hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the amount of time I have to spend sampling each Avatar and voice until I find one that sounds 'real' and animates with the most human-like gestures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem it solves is the time it takes to produce high-quality presenter-driven training videos. The second is translation. Synthesia provides rapid translation in seconds. These two benefits allow me to create training videos with much less effort and overall time so that I can reduce my time to market.

helps to save time and to create quality videos to promote our school. We no longer have to wait for our video department to schedule us in.
Can't live without it!
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia is life changing! The ease of editing, the translations, the media features and the overall feel of the platform makes it stand out. Super impressed with their listening to customer feedback, attention to detail and customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more screen record related capabilities. Some of the other pieces I thought could be improved, are in the works!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Change happens. Instead of going back and re-recording audio and then re-aligning it to video, Synthesia makes the process seamless and therefore, saves HOURS and HOURS of work. Translations also increase work time and the fact that they are generated so quickly and accurately here is a big deal to us!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create videos and edit them once created.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not seeing a curser in the script that relates to a spot in the video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy way to create training videos for both internal and external customers. As the UX changes from our product, it will be easy to make changes. Videos can be created by me without a video crew or professional video company editing.

Synthesia is super easy to utilize to creat hgh quality videos quickly. Our rep is so helpful when I run into issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that there are few AI charactors that look like they fit our business dress code (need more people is simple polo shirts. Also, many of the voices soud artificial and the facial movements seem created as well. But I heard that is changing with the new V4 charactors comeing out next year.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to learn on your own. The interface is pretty user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing for a small company that depends on putting out content regularly that is each a few minutes long is expensive. I wish there was a trial period where the pricing for credits was lower so I had a little time go build up some content and get some cash flowing. Upgrading once the startup is up and running wouldn't be so hard.
Also, I like the AI makes great presentations for me, but when I put in the content for the video, AI always changes it WAY too much and it loses what I have already had Chat GTP write and personally customize. I wish there was a way to get AI help on video production only and leave content alone.

I love the fact that I can use the avatars to duplicate my efforts and also appeal to a wider demographic. I am also able to use the process as a starting point to teach myself how to integrate them into other automated processes I'm using.

Easy to use, replaces resources such as in-house presenters and studio time.

Rejected one of my videos once and did not give me the ability to respond and explain.

Easy to put ideas into video content
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful things abotu synthesia are templates, quality of final product, as well as the broad language availability. Teh platform is intuitive, easy to use, fast to implement ideas. It is easy to integrate and share content thoughout the communications channels. If I would have more minutes in my package, I would use it more frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
10 minute limit for an AI video development may not be enough for a meaningful video creation. One woudl expect at least 20 minutes in the starter package.

It significantly decreases the video production costs as well as dramatically saves time to produce a quality video content.

It is a cost efficient video production solution, great for time-sensitive projects, it is helping our agency to scale taking on higher volume of video projects. we have a lot of clients who don't like to be in front of the camera hence Synthesia is the solution
