its a very user friendly system and good and quick customer service.

What do you like best about the product?
With Synthesia we can create instruction videos for our software solution at scale. Synthesia is extremely easy to use and as was implemented instantly. The team is constantly improving the platform, new featuers are often released.
When something isn't working as expected, their support team of superstars is always there to help.
We use Synthesia on a daily business and it helped us create a large number of videos relatively quickly without the need of a studio and profesional equipment.
By simply updating the scripts we can keep our videos up to date without losing too much time.

Great product!
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. Implemention was easy. I had a video created within an hour and sent to all of our employees for some required training that they needed. Very positive feedback from our employees on the video training.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some minor bugs in the software but I am sure those will be worked out over time. It is nothing that keeps one from using the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to go beyond static PowerPoint presentations for online training material and have looked at several video and 'explainer' video software packages. Synthesia checked all of our boxes and is easy to use. We are updating all of our internal training to be video based and other departments are also interested in using Synthesia for their training needs as well.

It is easy to operate and easier to integrate into our marketing efforts, and we cannot get enough of it.

We need more options for voice and integration of videos and images

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. The cost is fair. The product integrates will with Camtasia

Very Limited on Graphical templates. I would like the Avatar Mouths to match the audio a little closer.

Creating learning materials quickly and cheaply. It allows me to change the language of the Avatar so that I can use the same video in many markets.

What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia is one of the most innovative software dealing with up-to-date content creation. It embraces AI-Powered Video Synthesis, language Learning Applications, Time and Cost Efficiency, Versatility in Content Creation, and Realistic Visuals. I've used it frequently. It's very easy to use and implement the creator's ideas. The customer support is awesome. It is also easy to integrate with the needs of your custommers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually, I cannot think of anything I dislike about the software. I'm loving it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Synthesia because it eases my constraints with time, cost efficiency, localization and multilingual content, scalability, and accessibility - according to WCAG guidlines.
Really cool tool for creating E-learning videos.

Easy to use interface, a lot of different avatars and voices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing that is reeealy needed (and it is not convenient without it) - is to have a tool for moving added videos from place 1 to place to on the screen with simultanious Zooming in/out. For example you can set the start position and size of added video sample, set the time in this position, and then set the Place 2 to wich it should move, duration of that movement, and the final size of video in the destination place.
You don't see the timeline to scroll and watch particular time period of a slide. The timeline appears after you generated the video (probably only after that). Or some slides can have a timeline while others don't have it. I wish Synthesia can add more different voices, as with growing of avatars numbers you need more unique voices, so that the user will fell like this is the real person with his own voice. Also wish Synthesia to collaborate with some designers who can use it to create much more video (presentation) templates.

Also, I would improve pronounciation, diction, entonation, etc.
