What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Make's professional high quality video with voice over in hours...With superb customer support

Translation needs improvement. I suspect that will come as AI improves.

We can now create video in hours instead of weeks. Provides fast cost-effective content.

What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly user-friendly, saving both time and costs. The customer service is top-notch, always efficient and ready to find solutions. AI scenario writing and translating - truly a gem in simplifying the content creation process. Selection of avatars, languages and accents satisfy any DE&I requirement.

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any negative points. It would be fantastic to see avatars not just speak but also incorporate movements, like walking into the screen or pointing to bullet points.

Very easy to use. We can do in 10 minutes the work that used to take hours with a prompter, camera, lighting and people. Customer support is very helpful.

There are some features that need to be added and the movements of the avatars need to be improved a little more for Turkish language.

We have to quickly present important developments about our business to social media. With Synthesia, we can do in 10 minutes the work that used to take hours with a prompter, camera, lighting and people.
Fast efficient video production!
What do you like best about the product?
When you need to produce video assets but don't have the time, experience, or budget, Synthesia makes doing the job fast, easy, and inexpensive! Synthesia allows you to use the power of artificial intelligence to create professional-looking "talking head" videos, quickly and for a fraction of the cost of traditional video production methods.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the AI features are not yet fully realized, however, the team at Synthesia is always coming out with new features and I believe the product will be much more robust in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating videos to enhance our communication and training products. Prior to Synthesia, we either didn't use such videos, or had to hire an outside firm at a large expense.

What do you like best about the product?
Super user friendly, large choice of avatars and voices, pretty cheap for the monthly price. Very easy to implement, and to integrate, just start using it's pretty self explanatory. Customer support is quick to answer , I use it every day and just requested support once, they answered almost right away
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike. I just wish I could use the translating feature, that it would be available for starter plans.

Easy to use, just write the text and you can generate any video. I create educational content, and with all the templates available ( I really like the quiz template) you can make something really good looking very real. Th etemplates apply to many situations, so you can create any kind of videos, really
Amazing for Final Release or Samples for Corporate Approval
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia's system allows me to produce ready-to-publish videos in a heartbeat. The speed is excellent. In no time I have a campaign well underway. I'm actually a video producer and mostly produce green screen-backed (avatar) videos then produce rather fancy finished results. The truth is you don't need to be a video producer because Synthesia has all the tools in place to knock out very pro-looking finished videos right from their production dashboard. One of my favorite things to do is DUPLICATE a finished video and then change it up for the next project. I've been a customer for a few years and they get 5 stars. Good support too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I produced a funny video that their (auto) system flagged as rude and harassing. It also gave me an appeal link to explain my (video's) motive. I didn't like that it interrupted my production. BUT, after explaining the "funny" video is comparing BAD STUCCO on a house to a FRESH surface (by my contractor client), they reversed the appeal and let the video get produced. So, I didn't like that I was interrupted by about an hour... but I do appreciate they have safety guidelines in place.

This gives me instant access to real people promoting my (client's) products or services. It's like making a TV commercial.
Best AI Avatars and Video Tool
What do you like best about the product?
AI voices are expressive and natural sounding. Not robotic and the lip sync to the avatar is really good compared to other tools. Accent and Tone/voice adjustment are amazing. Multilanguage option is a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Content limit per month is an understandable constraint for cloud platform but for a single user it limits the amount of prototyping and dabbling I can perform.

Quick production! Enter your script choose an avatar/voice/language and bingo talking head video to go into learning or website.
Super intuitive and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia's platform is well thought through and easy to use - no more difficult that creating a presentation and presenter notes. It has impressive range of avatars that continue to grow and responsive customer support - usually receiving a response in under 15 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
A fair proportion of the avatars have very repetitive movements that can become obvious to content consumers over time, with little configuration available to prevent this.

What do you like best about the product?
i like it's simplicity to use. it is very intuitive and a feel capable to take it out of the box and create (and edit) very quickly!
What do you dislike about the product?
i am unable to insert MOV files in my presentations. i have access to thousands of moving images that are a bit more engaging than a simple photograph, but i am not able to insert these.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engaging elearning is imperitive in my industry - instead of click-read, i can create the entire thing in the software.
Great for Quick Training Videos
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create videos quickly that appear to have live people, with a great variety of voices is incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't preview my video with the animated avatar.
