Easy to use software
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Realistic lip-sync with the avatars

Cannot model the video with lip-sync until you publish which counts against your available minutes

No need to employ live models
Great tool! Easy to make quick video's with an avatar and using editing software.
What do you like best about the product?
Avatar + editing software in one. Very ease to use. They're always busy improving the product. Their academy is very usefull. I've used Synthesia a lot for making eLearning courses in multiple languages.
What do you dislike about the product?
For other languages than English it needs some updates on lip synching and word- and sentence stress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves money: no hassle going to a studio and recording videos.
It makes our eLearning courses flexible: easy to translate to other languages and easy to modify later when somehting changes, like adding or taking out content.

How simple the process is for creating video tutorials.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could view the AI presenter before publishing. It would help me with cooridinate movement with the text.

This beats hiring a professional spokesperson and using a sound studio.

My productivity in creating teaching-related content has increased significantly in the last 10 months that I've been using Synthesia.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the business model about minute limits within the annual cycle. For me it should be an annual product, but with monthly resets, without the obligation to upgrade to more expensive plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The basic texts for beginner technology students are tiresome and boring. With the videos created in Synthesia I can streamline this and offer a different way for students to learn the fundamentals.

The workaround provided by Synthesia, allowing users to input phonetic typing for problematic parts, is helpful but can be time-consuming and requires a good understanding of phonetics, which can be a hassle, especially for users unfamiliar with phonetic typing or dealing with a large content volume.

What do you like best about the product?
The avatar selection, voices, dialects, and editing capabilities are the best in the business. This service blows my mind at the marketing and training potential for our business! This software has only grown more and more dynamic and has added more and more features that could be integral to any business model. It's easy to use and implement into your website or app with how you can link up your videos or even export/import into your workflows completely separate from the site. I guarantee you that if you adopt this software, you'll be using it almost daily to further your business.

I honestly can't think of anything I dislike... This software has been and continues to be exactly what it markets itself as.

We wanted a virtual "concierge" for our customers and quality training videos for our employees. And Synthesia works beautifull at that!
