I was able to quickly and easily make helpful videos that add considerable value to our products.
What do you like best about the product?
In the 21st century, many people would rather watch a video than read; therefore, adding video content is a way of attracting these users. Synthesia makes it super simple to create videos that look professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be helpful to know the nationality of the avatars but instead, all we're given is a fake name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia allows our users to watch videos that provide brief overviews of more complicated and in-depth information. Then if their interest is piqued by watching the video, they can choose to read the full article.

How realistic the avatars are in both voice and appearance.
How incredibly easy it is to get started and create professional-looking quality videos quickly. It's turn-key and very easy to implement.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like the ability to choose different outfits for the avatar. Perhaps have a choice of 3-4 outfits for the same avatar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to hire actors, build a set, learn about lighting, audio, or video production or editing. I can compete with big agencies.

Ease of use, a variety of avatars, helpful templates. Better than many other platforms I tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside yet that I have found. Perhaps some templates for interactive video creation to make those types of videos easy to create.

We are using Synthesia for how-to videos, and for story telling.

If you want to craete your own avatar, it is quite expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I create blog posts, I can insert a video created with Syntesia to make the post more authentic and attract more business.

Very short learning curve even for someone who is not a video editor. On my first use, i created a 2 minute video in less than 1 hour.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how incredible the customer support is. I can email a question and will get a response quickly. I really enjoy the templates that are available and the way that Synthesia has integrated AI into the video creation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing about Synthesia that I have struggled with is the avatars sometimes seem very robotic and their voices don't exactly match with what they are saying. I am seeing this improve as new versions come out!

Well, the dislike is the limitations on the subscription models. I think they should offer the lower packages more minutes. We get limited a lot as we are not ready to upgrade to a pricier level.

We have the need to create voice and video media often. There are so many applications. Sythesia has been able to merge a few different software products into one spot which speeds us up in the content creation process.
Easy to learn, lots of use cases
What do you like best about the product?
Using Synthesia is as easy as putting together a Powerpoint presentation. Animation options are robust and straightforward. I've relied heavily on the icons for buildiing graphics, and there are plenty to choose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you need to convince your audience that the bots are actual humans, Synthesia may not be for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't need on-camera talent, which saves us staff time.
What an amazing piece of software to aid education.
What do you like best about the product?
It is incredibly intuitive software. Similar to PowerPoint with regards to the ease of use. The different avatars, voices, music, images and videos make it easy to quickly put together an outstanding video. We have quickly developed templates that match our company branding, and therefore it has become even easier to make top quality, educational videos! The customer support is fantastic, and has quickly responded to whatever questions we have. I am currently using synthesia on a daily basic, and it is so much fun to use. It has been easy to convert our education pages to utilise these videos, as we can download them and then simply upload them to our intranet.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if you could save dictation words, so whenever you type in that word, it automatically assigns the dictation you have set to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is creating more engaging, interactive educational elements, which we hope will improve the knowledge of our staff.

It is amazing what AI can do nowadays. Using AI to generate Videos is a wow factor for potential customers.

You cannot see lip movements only after you generate the video.

It lets me create content fast and the content is unique giving the different characters that can be used.
