unique innovative tool
What do you like best about the product?
I work in the field of life sciences and it is constantly necessary to create new trainings for co-workers and customers. With syntehsia we have found a tool where we can quickly create trainings, that look professional and we can adapt them easily in different languages wich is a gamechanger for our export clients.
Syntehsia is already working so good, and I am so excited for all the new features in 2024.

There are no special dislikes. If there are any problems, you can reach the support in the shortest possible time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we no longer have to hold training sessions one on one, but can offer trainings on demand.
A great video creation experience
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia has saved our team many hours of time in video editing and production. Our CEO loves the work we've been able to produce in such a short amount of time. It's fun to use, easy to use, and very professional looking. The wide diversity of avatars is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it tricky to match the markers with the animation. I feel this could be more user-friendly. I often ended up deleting the markers altogether as it was too hard.
Occasionally, the diction was hard to get right for our Australian accent.

The time involved in editing and production of inhouse training videos. It has saved us a lot of money.

I really like that I don't have to take own videos in a very simple way. The approach is very straightforward.

Pricing is a bit challenging. There could be a different and flexibel pricing model with more choices.

The occasional mispronunciation of english written words, you have to spell them phonetically to get the avater to pronounce correctly.
