I would say, the potential opportunity it is represents for training and eucation.

Great tool to create easy AI generated videos
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great tool that makes your training videos or slide shows much more professional looking. Easy to use, easy to implement and great customer support. I use it a lot and it helps for simpe introductions of certain topics to a larger audience.

some languages (EN) work better than others.

Makes professional videos without hiring a company to do so

I like the ability to create training videos and digital content quickly. I love the generative AI features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is restrictive to some organizations. I wish there were not restrictions on the type of content that can be created with the stock avatars. This is probably my biggest challenge with Synthesia.

We are able to provide fast turn around to internal training videos in multiple languages.

easiness of use, very fast learning, variety of usable avatars and icons
What do you dislike about the product?
it is a pity that avatars, images and lettering cannot change position within the video, e.g. with a transition from right to left, or avatars entering the scene at a certain point in the video. Also, I am Italian and would appreciate more alternatives of usable voices.

I was looking for an innovative way to convey what are usually complex and boring lessons in investment, finance and savings management. The software makes everything simple, clear and graphically much more intriguing.

Content can't be created on mobile devices. And there's no app.

No need to cast actors
Easy to update content
What do you like best about the product?
Updating our content is very easy as the scripts and slides can be changed very quick. This means we do not have to go back in and re-record a whole session just to change one thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Changing some of the templates can be difficult or changing the aminations which makes the video impossible to publish as it will not overrride the error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster way to create training content for our company, and a easier way to update videos without having to recreate the whole video. Nice to not have a specific individual doing the voice over.

Its interface is very intuitive. It allows you to download the videos in mp4

It has some limitations. You can't or don't know how to make text transitions like in a presentation. Your own avatar is very expensive

When I made tutorial videos with a simple video editor, it took a long time to make them. That's something Synthesia has solved
