Synthesia videos have HD quality, and the text and animations are better than other platforms.
What needs improvement?
The process of creating Synthesia enterprise accounts should be made more straightforward.
I lost two clients because I was trying to book an enterprise account for my client's project and could not do it. I reached out to Synthesia about booking a demo for the accounts but did not get any response. Then, they told me that to book a Synthesia enterprise account, I would have to pay an annual subscription.
The only issue I face with Synthesia is that there is a time limit to the amount of video I can create at a stretch. I cannot create a ten-minute video at a stretch. Instead, I will have to create shorter videos of three or two minutes to make the video ten minutes long.

Synthesia's pricing for the basic accounts is okay, but it would be better if it could be reduced. There is no fixed price for the Synthesia enterprise account, and I really want to know how its pricing works.
What other advice do I have?
Synthesia is deployed on-cloud in our organization.
Synthesia has better usability, and its UI allows me to explore many things. I would recommend Synthesia to other users.

It is so easy to start and create what you need. The quality of the videos are super HD and adds a sense of professionalism to my presentations.

As a daily user of my Apple iPad Air I'd love editing support on the iPad. Is not too big of a problem, though, editing on my Mac is not complicated.

easy to use, diversity of avatars, a wide choice of natural voices, new features such as nodding, brow lifting, extra pauses

I hope for the development of synchronization and improvement of "speech abilities". We are looking forward to additional voices for the Ukrainian language (now they are too artificial)

It's a great tool that saves a lot of time and effort. I liked how they train their users on how to use their tools and gain knowledge that empowers them to develop their careers. I also liked the course they offered about FOCA, which was very helpful for me, and I hope they can offer more courses.

I wish I could have more avatars on my annual plan.

I like how Sythesia can help present and explain things that are too complex or detailed for text and images alone. Most people just read headlines and conclusions with a 4-second attention span. Offering a video presentation snags enough extra time to develop more interest and lowers the bounce rate. Many social media platforms reward MP$ videos with greater exposure and a higher click-through rate to a landing page.

I want to use Sythesia Avatars in website development to walk users through step-by-step tasks. It would be great to have the ability to pause between scenes with a start button to resume the process so that users could go at their own pace. Trying to guess the amount of time people need will have a negative effect on those who are slow and or fast completing the task.

Decreasing the Bounce Rate on presenting information that appears to be too much text or too complicated to read.

What is our primary use case?
We used Synthesia for AI speech and videos. We have done audio support for written text in multimodal learning. It helped us generate audio for different languages and create promotional materials for courses and certifications.
What is most valuable?
Before Synthesia, recording a 20-minute script could take about one to two days. I had to review the recording to find background noise and edit it. If any change was identified, I had to redo the project. However, with Synthesia, I can have a recording within 20 minutes. It would only need minor tweaks. You could tell the difference between AI recording and human recording, but it improved the course of time in which we made the recording. Our Japanese customers didn't believe that it was AI voice.
The tool's most valuable feature is quickly converting text into a usable audio format. It converts quality text to audio with an accent appropriate for regional dialects.
What needs improvement?
The AI avatars are good, but sometimes they have unnatural movements. The lip-syncing needs to be improved.

I have been using the solution for five months.

Perfect tool for creating training videos
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use; if you can use Powerpoint, you can use Synthesia. The technology keeps improving and, because the Synthesia team are very open about their roadmap and upcoming features, you know what's coming soon too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The technology does work better with some languages and accents than others, but it's improving all the time.

Creating training videos is a much quicker task now, as the AI avatars don't need several takes to read the text correctly. I've cut the time to create a training video by at least half.
