Agile tool for video demos/presentations
What do you like best about the product?
The feature I like the most is the ability to create movies that can be quickly adjusted. Like - when I need a video in a different language, something in the video has changed, etc. - I can update it in minutes, not in days. It's very convenient to work with text spoken by avatar and presentation in the browser instead of recording studio, PowerPoint, and video software. Synthesia is a great tool for product demos, explanatory videos, and learning materials.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some avatars are performing "random" gestures (older ones). You need to stick to the newest (V2, V3) versions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am preparing short explanatory movies and demo videos for my product.

Very simple to use. The end result far outweighs the effort required to produce such professional content

There should be a selection for ethnic voices that would better align with ethnic avatars

It provides a face; a spokesperson that makes it more appealing, especially for training.

What do you like best about the product?
As a newbie to Video creation and editing I tried about six other video editing software products and couldn't figure out how to even start to use them. I then discovered Synthesia by searching google with, "simple video editor a child could use.". I couldn't believe how powerful and simple it is to use. My favorite part is the Live Chat provided, they are great and I can't believe how productive I've been creating video's for my new YouTube Channel and our website.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only frustration so far, is I wish that I could upload an existing .mp4 created somewhere else and be able to edit it and add an Avatar, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that I don't have to bother setting up a microphone and camera to record me talking in the video, love the Avatars and text to speech
Easy Proccess
What do you like best about the product?
I ran into a little bit of user issue/error as I didn't know what terminology was for actions and ended up using minutes by using duplicate instead of copy feature. Help was almost instantly and contacting them was reasonable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the voices could get a little bit better but it isn't bad at all.

Hiring someone to read a short script is too expensive. This tool allowed me to utilize synthesia and reach that goal for marketing.

When you use ctrl-z ctrl-Y redo functions it is not always working and sometimes I want to go back to something I made so a kind of versioning would be helpfull.

It's easy to use and the text to speech helps me to make nice and helpfull videos and it's also easy to get the film and speech together.

Synthesia makes making videos easier, and it also makes them faster and cheaper. Normally, making videos is hard and costs a lot of money and time, but with Synthesia, you can make good videos quickly and without spending as much money.

We get 1 free avatar with the license but If we can get the voice cloning also that will be so wonderful, and at the same time if we can import PPT slides with animation controls so that we can add custom avatars with audio syncing and create stunning eL from this.

Synthesis's easy of use , quality renderers, and templates make it extremely easy to generate high quality videos.

sometimes my imported images seem to lose their original Hd quality. still need to investigate with their support team. likely an operator error in my part!?

What do you like best about the product?
It is quite intuitive in using platform and requires minimal training to fully utilise it. Apart from its easy-to-use interface, CS team is able to respond to my questions almost immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to keep track on the actual usage as there is no usage count. Also, the drafted video can only be fully seen how its actual look would be only after exporting it, but it will count your monthly credits by doing so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It greatly saves my time in making short videos by shortening maybe around hours video shooting and postediting work to half an hour more. The avatar is also quite realistic with various choices.
An excellent and versatile application to generate videos with human avatars
What do you like best about the product?
I work in the design and development of training materials and I have found in this tool the possibility to create attractive and useful videos for online courses, through an extremely quick and simple process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could only say that the only negative aspect is the number of minutes offered monthly for video generation. It would be excellent if they were unlimited.

The creation of videos for training materials in courses for the elearning modality, substantially reducing the production times for creating training materials.
