Great way to do marketing product videos
What do you like best about the product?
That it is easy to use, and you do not need to be a pro!
What do you dislike about the product?
The manual reviewing of videos, as sometimes it takes longer than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast turnaround, and easy to do rather than going through a video editor.

Two dimensional so everything seems artificial. Would be great to offer different angles so the avatars are more realistic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistency in presentations. Fast creation with minimal effort.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy-to-use and user-friendly the interface is. I love that it makes my job so much easier. At a few clicks, you get an amazing realistic video. It's like a miracle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish avatars could show some more emotion. For instance, if the character is saying "Congratulations on completing this program," I wish I could hear excitement and celebratory tone in their voice and see excitement in their face.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It cuts down the design and production time by at least 90% (maybe even more). It also helps make our training programs more engaging and fun to go through. I love that I don't have to travel to our video studio, do a lot of scheduling, go through the production and post-production processes. Instead of hours of work, I can create videos in a few minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and there's a ton of options to personalize each and every video. I mostly used Synthesia to redo several videos for an online Spanish course I teach. The realism and choices for various Spanish dialects was vast and authentic.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are soooo many voice options and avatars, so it can be a little time consuming to figure out which ones work best for your presentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staff don't always read my weekly newsletters, so instead, I've tried to do "Newscasts" with Synthesia, which seem to be more popular.

What is particularly important and interesting is the possibility of creating a video and generating it in a wide variety of languages without having to translate the text yourself.
From the very beginning, tutorials and creating advertising videos were always surprisingly easy and convincing for customers.
We have been using the Synthesia for about 3 months and during this time many very useful and sensible extensions have been added. The expansion of additional avatars and the addition of additional speaking voices is particularly brilliant.
This is very pleasing and helpful!

The voice could have been more natural sounding, specially the propunciation of some Indian words.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Synthesia allows you or your team to create uniform videos that can be altered quickly by just changing the script.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is bandwidth. Sometimes you have to reload during creation or wait for content to process.

Uniform professional videos and eventually a quick way to convert videos to multiple languages.

What do you like best about the product?
Setting up a Video is easy and fun. UX is great, the options are great and the alignment of objects works like a charm. I tested other tools and alignment was quite a hazzle there...
The customer service is great and really straight forward. I had an issue where an svg Image flapped while rendering and they added extra rendering time instantly.
The recent update of stock voices gives much better opportunities to get the perfect fit ov voice and avatar.
I only used AI Script Generation once since I do have another scope and workflow creating my videos. First impression was great and I will use it more often when starting to generate social media assets.

The variety of avatars is limited in personal accounts which is ok but all new avatars are only added to the enterprise subscription and since today there is no payed option to add single avatars.

We don't need an external agency for the video content produrction anymore. After drafting the text we can directly proceed with the final production. Time spent from the idea until the final product is uploaded to the web is very few
Really smooth and easy
What do you like best about the product?
The options for templates and characters. Makes it very easy to use and is very efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
API's are there. But no new APIs are being added. I would love to use more of Synthesia but this is a limitation for our business. The one feature we really wanted on APIs is the audio preview for a character.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making our onboarding experience a lot smoother. We have people who are very excited to see their name on an AI video. It would've been really hard for us to communicate if it wasnt for Synthesia.
