Very easy to use with great results
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use, anyone with basic PowerPoint experience can create professional videos within minutes. It's easy to edit and custom the videos according to your brand guidelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit pricy and their plans are for large-scale content creation, I would have preferred smaller plans (for 200 or 500 minutes for example). Also would have preferred more long videos in the library than just 30-40 seconds Shutterstock.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staff training for new staff members and other inner-communication purposes such as partner relations. Their product have helped me save several physical in-person staff training days.
Synthesia is amazing - it is super easy to use and exactly what we needed for our education series.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact we can make a video in half an hour which would have taken a full day of shooting in a studio and for a fraction of the cost. The system is easy to use and there are plenty of avatars and voices to chose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the voices can come across as robotic - but more often than not, you can find a voice that matches the avatar. I would like there to be more British accents in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to create a financial education video series for employees of companies. This has saved us a lot of time and money by using an automated AI system. We are made up with the videos that have been created by Synthesia.
Easy AI video production platform
What do you like best about the product?
Variety of AI voices, ease of use, custom avatar (with a yearly subscription), and reasonable pricing.
What do you dislike about the product?
More avatars would be better. Also, undo-redo operations are a bit clumsy but gets fixed with a refresh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't need to hire a video artist to create content anymore.
Amazing technology
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and time savings. My video creation now takes one third of the time that it used to. The characters are very human-like. This is the first time I've had feedback from customers that they like AI characters, other AI characters can look 'creepy' cut not these. The voices are also excellent. No complaints, only positive feedback from my clients. Their support is very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had 2 challenges. The first was that videos can be set aside for 'approval' and so would not publish and this process took up to 24 hours. That happened to me twice but has not happened for a while, so they may have changed their approach. The other challenge was monitoring usage credits. You buy credits each month and I could not see how many credits I had used and was asked to contact support to find out. Again I'm not sure if this has changed as I've not yet run out of credit since. But the support team are very responsive and always keen to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves a ton of time as we just write the script and add some images, it makes video creation so much easier and faster. The support team are great.

What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia is very intuitive and user friendly. From using the Ai generator to the ease of adding graphics, literally anyone can use this software. I am not a graphics designer, and yet I can turn out videos with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been many improvements since I started using Synthesia. The one area where there needs to be improvement is with the emojis. Since the avatar doesn't move until the video is generated, I find it hard to place and use the emojis in my videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for our business messages to reach the masses with ease of video production, and even replacing sales people with sales presentation videos. The avatars can be in millions of homes at once, they never work by the clock, they don't need time off, and they never call in sick.
Easily generate great training videos
What do you like best about the product?
Making high-quality videos is very easy to do. You can generate content for a variety of uses, and there are even templates you can pull from to add features you otherwise would have to create yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a "reveal text" animation that looks like the word is being typed out one letter at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can create high-quality videos that don't require extra time for audio recording and editing. The avatars allow for an engaging experience that also reduce editing time if I were to video record myself.
Friendly and Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
My experience using Synthesia has been excellent. It is very friendly and intuitive and has everything you need to create professional videos. I recommend this platform to anyone trying to create professional videos, without the expertise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the avatars still sound a little robotic and sync of lips with words can also improve. Could sound more natural, but very functional anyway.

It allows us to create videos much faster and provides all the tools to create professional videos, even though that is not our area of expertise.
Amazing Content Creation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive user interface, with all the features you need to create amazing high quality presentations. The avatars, and text to speech ai voices are quite good! There are a lot of voices that sound very realistic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the character limits and slides limits were doubled on the account level we have. Sometimes it's difficult to fit everything into what is made available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficient content creation solution. We like creating courses and educational videos, and synthesia is a perfect tool that allows us to create in a way that we otherwise wouldn't be able to with our time and budget.
Less expensive and effortless way to create ad videos
What do you like best about the product?
The AI avatars look so natural. The templates makes our job easy. Most importantly the UI to looks clean and easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only things is to find out the remaining minutes on the account, so that we can plan the video accordingly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We dont have to spend money on expensive video shooting apart from that we can control the dialogue delivery
