It's a great software, enables me to create my own videos that suits my business
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and efficient quick software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Avatars need to be more reactive to the words and attached graphics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me to create my own videos without relying on external parties that are very expensive and take longer to finish my marketing work

time, I managed to finish a video that needed too much time to create in real life and would cost too much but with Synthesia the cost and time were amazing, like it

I need more characters and voices for sure and work more in other languages.

finding the right all the resources to create such video i need
Easy to use and very intuitive, but lacks in some areas.
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the ease of use, the intuitive user interface and how simple the task of making a quick edit is. The processing time is fast and efficient, and the voice selections are very good. Some of the obviously older voices are a little robotic in their sound and diction, but overall, most of the english speaking voices are great!
What do you dislike about the product?
We have an extensive list of distributors located throughout the world including but not limited to Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. We made a test video in French, German, Italian, Spanish, and Korean. The feedback from Korea was that the language used in the video was not Korean but a "jumbled language." French and Italian feedback was similar. The AI algorythms will need to be adjusted and refined. Would not recommend using any other language than the native language the script is written in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia solves the need for a "talking head" for quick marketing and trainign content we want to produce to promote our products. A few more medical professional looking Avatars would be great for us!

Only thing I would for now upgrade are conectors for shapes.

In my case, working with 2D or 3D animation studios for creating Video tutorials is very time consuming. Changes, updates are also huge waiste of time.
It really saved my time and provided results even better than with animation studios.

Excellent product, excellent service.
What do you like best about the product?
Being new to video production, with zero experience, Synthesia is the right way to go, the service is nothing less than amazing, it's easy to use, and the videos are in really high quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Synthesia a little expensive, and with the credit expires, if I don't make enough videos in time. The diction feature also needs a little improvement, but overall I am a big fan of Synthesia.

I have always wanted to make high quality videos, but never found the right software, Synthesia was the solution, and now it's even possible without spending lots of money on video equipment.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that there is an API and the templating engine is beyond insane and just incredibly awesome. I have so many ideas on how to use this, but even the simplest incorporation of the product is unbelievable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found an aspect that I overly dislike at all to be honest I did get in trouble for using a curse, word by the content moderation system, which I thought was a little overly touchy, but I do understand the requirement to have content moderation, and I guess certain words should be avoided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Disseminating information to employees and users in a relatable, easy to digest content, at speeds that couldn't be imagined without such a product. Better than Pictory!
Excellent product for Instructional Design
What do you like best about the product?
Whether your an instructional designer or simply someone who needs to put together a "how to" video for employees, in any language, Synthesia is the product for you. The Avatars are fun and diverse, and the voices are indestiguishable from real humans. I highly recommend Synthesia and have found this an indespensable tool for my training modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Avatars have admittedly come a long way. However, they're still not quite there yet with natural human movements and mouths that actual match the wording. I've learned that using the Avatar image only briefly (1-2 seconds at a time) within my videos has helped to overcome some of these challenges.
I work for a mid-sized national company and was blown away at the cost of an Enterprise license. Your 20-something sales person was sitting on her yacht while she pitched me and I can see why! How about reducing your costs and staggering prices for someone like me, a single designer who needs a single license? That experience was a long-lasting, and permanent turnoff for me!

Synthesia's text to speech is my number one problem solver.
I can write the script and the Synthesia voice sounds much better than mine in my final production.

As Real As It Gets!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Synthesia is how user-friendly it can be. The avatars are realistic and natural-looking. It also allows for a variety of video presentations.
I've had a couple of questions that were readily answered by the Synthesia support team which is a big plus.

What do you dislike about the product?
The one area of improvement that I would love to see Cynthia and Jet take on is the ability to use more than one avatar in AC. Right now, you are limited to individual presentations. You can switch up the different avatars with each new scene but, you just cannot have two or three avatars speaking within the same scene. I am sure this is something the team at Synthesia is working on and hopefully the Beta will be available soon.
There is nothing that I dislike as the support has been excellent and other than the issue above, I don't see any other negative feelings about the product.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my business, social media, marketing is important, and video. Presentations are much more engaging than static photos. Since I am not the best on screen, I find working with this AI platform to be a huge boost to my lead development with my social media ads.
In addition, I've been able to add variety to my presentations by putting in AI components with avatars as an interesting change of pace from when I was presenting at an event.
