the customer support responds very quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
Some words (I use German) don't exist with the same voice that the character on the video has. So, the voice changes just for this word, and at the end the video seems a little bit ridiculous.

Amazing tool for marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I have worked ten years in marketing and never saw a tool as dynamic and helpful as Synthesia, it saves you time and helps you to make amazing and professional multimedia material.

It could have more avatars and backgrounds for common subscription, the rest is amazing

They are adding more templates
Fantastic and Versatile!
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, significantly cheaper than creating video content manually and the AI generation avatars speaking looks very natural. The platform can be used for video content for marketing, how-to guides, or internal company content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there are any negatives that I can complain about. I would love more templates as a non-designer the templates make it much easier to create good-looking content but all in all, I am delighted with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small company that does not employ designers full time the ability to generate video content has greatly increased our marketing capabilities for a fraction of the cost compared to hiring video equipment, studios, etc.

The platform is very easy to use making anyone a quick learner of the features.
Synthesia avatar's animation and lip sync is the best I have seen until now. We use it mostly in portuguese and resutls are reliable.

The credits are hidden so you don't know exacly how many minutes you are still able to generate. This makes you feel like working without a clear budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia is allowing the team to work faster after gathering decorative images and videos to ilustrate our videos. Time of development is really lower the the traditional video making platforms.

I like the large number of ready-made templates and scenes, convenient interface, large selection of avatars, high-quality voices, high video processing speed and reasonable price

In Synthesia, I like everything in general. But I would like to have more different avatars similar to my clients and more ready-made templates. I didn't like the too strict video moderation rules

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is user friendly and easy to get used to. One or two videos in, I felt like I could really bring our ideas to life in a very efficient manner. Would certainly recommend to any business looking to enhance their in-house marketing efforts in a really cost effective manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to write about here. It's a new technology, so there may be some bugs, but I've been using it for a couple months now and have already seen improvements. This stuff is all improving exponentially, and Synthesia does not dissapoint.

I'm not sure exactly what they're solving at the moment, but I've seen an improvement in the avatars and video generation over the past couple of months.
Incorporating talking avatars into eLearning modules adds a whole new level of learner engagement.

The wide variety of avatars available and the ability to select a given target language.

Most developers today use more than one monitor. It would be useful to be able to undock the various panels thus maximising screen real estate.
