Great way of creating training & explainer videos
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create videos with talking avatars very quickly, that are almost indistinguishable from "real people".
Fantastic selection of ai voices - the best I have come across on all the ai voice toopls I have used.

What do you dislike about the product?
Synthesia studio is a bit clunky. Would be good to have a timeline to edit and be able to manipulate assets on the screen more easily through a timeline editor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rapidly creating professional training videos.
Saves time trying to narrate the script myself, or even trying to film myself on screen.

What do you dislike about the product?
Firstly, the range of customization options, while extensive, might benefit from additional variety. Having more font choices, visual effects, and animation styles would allow for even greater creative freedom and diversity in video creation.
Secondly, although the avatars in Synthesia IO are visually appealing and lifelike, their movements and gestures could be more fluid and natural. Enhancing the avatar animations to mimic human-like expressions and gestures would significantly enhance the overall viewing experience.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Synthesia is the ability to create highly affective video spokes persons that help my company, drive a point home about why our services are important. We have gotten so much attention from our peers because of this new technology, that we have no choice, but to be more successful in the future using Synthesia as part of our element as a dynamic marketing company.
What do you dislike about the product?
After creating most of our video contact in Cynthia, we do have to import the product into an interactive video application to achieve what we need to create great funnels. So what we wish for, is about the ability to create interactive video through one platform instead of two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer have to hire voiceover talent or camera talent to achieve simple goals in a very efficient manner

We have chosen to use Synthesia to present our product. To create professional videos

The only issue is that the workspace is not customizable. For instance, when I try to place text or narrow lines, I am unable to zoom in to see them clearly, and it becomes difficult to adjust the elements.

What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia is akin to Powerpoint in some ways. Due to this similarity with a popular tool, the learning curve of Synthesia is relatively fast. The numerous training videos are a treat for customers wanting to learn Synthesia and take great videos using their tips and tricks. It is an excellent tool for quick video production without the hassle of "green screen, cameras, voice-over actors and a litany of other props."
What do you dislike about the product?
The limited number of video minutes per month is a constraint. If they can allow the purchase of additional minutes and, more importantly, allow the carryover of unused minutes, the tool will become much more usable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to produce product videos rapidly without needing external skills. Even a non-creative person can create a decent video. We have done a few videos now and it is super easy.

Support - lousy - and takes at least 23 hours - often with sill requests

Change Avatar voice inflections.. especially the ability to emphasize words.

What do you like best about the product?
Each tool is precise to what a user needs. The interface is fantastic and easy to learn, whereas the templates are user-friendly and can be easily adapted to business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, there is no downside for now; however, the platform must continue to improve to keep up with competitors. I would like in the future to have more senior executive-looking avatars.

Time scheduling long sections of videos with social media. I get these videos done in a matter of minutes. And the best part is that the IA content generator sets the bases for the video's spoken content.
Great easy to use and love the choice of avatars.

Can't think of anything negative at the moment.
