Best tool for creating training videos

What do you like best about the product?
Text-to-audio feature that saves tons of time since you don't have to record audio yourself, huge choice of choices and avatars for any occasion, easy-to-use and intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to have more intonation tuning options in the future and rather do it with some sort of lever that would have a range rather than having to type special signs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me create quality training videos on how to use our online IT-Partner targeting tool with a perfect and clear pronunciation and catching attention from the first second due to the presence of a person in it

What do you like best about the product?
Its reality. precision. i find it super useful for my company and helps me a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
everything is good, but i am hoping the ability to change clothes for the avatars in the next updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
increase my content creation and saves me a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the easy way you can create videos just by writing what you want the avatar to say, we can create a nice communication practically in 5 minutes, there is plenty of avatars to choose from and the templates are good for starters
What do you dislike about the product?
The avatars have increased their movements but we need them to move more so that it looks more real, it stills feels fake sometimes, also I think it could be really fantastic if we could have two avatars in one scene and they could interact, like having a conversation. Other improvement will be having templates with video backgorunds, have more options to use videos while the avatar is speaking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Video for training, we use synthesia to up load those videos in our e-learning creation system called Articulated 360 that way we can really improve the learner experience, also we use the videos for corporate communication

What do you like best about the product?
The best that I like about Synthesia is its Artificial intelligence Tool for the voices and avatars that the application has available for people as users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still exploring the tool, so I don't have much experience in identifying the opportunity areas and giving feedback about it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for Teleperformance Company in the project management office team, so we have many processes that need to be improved in terms of look and feel.

Great user friendly tool for making videos

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Very nice quality. Very fast rendering of the video.

Would like an easier way to create an avatar that looks like me.

A nice way to teach students stuff, with another tool than a powerpoint.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is super easy. Even with the basic package, you still have more than 90 avatars and lots of voices to choose from. The "diction" function, where you can adjust pronunciation, is very clever and helpful! The possibility of creating our own avatar is super exciting :)
What do you dislike about the product?
If forced me to answer this question, I would say that it would be useful to see how many credits I have left for exports. Not a big issue though and I know the team is working on it already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves time simply. We don't have to set up a room and equipment to get some video breakers :)

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibity to work with avatars as well as creating your own avatar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor bugs such as the fact that the templates don't stay still when you try to choose one. Also, the fact that in case I have a slight modification in the video, such as a change in text. I have to wait again for the whole video to generate from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with the fact that we do not have to recruit someone to shoot the videos and read the script.

What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia is relatively straightforward in set up and the company has a host of online help videos and FAQs to assist. I was able to make some simple videos to show to peers on the merits of the software. All seem to be impressed at first blush.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may be that I'm new to using Synthesia but it seems the more creative you wish to make your videos the effort required is exponential.
I also have noticed that the tool becomes unresponsive at time and I have to refresh the browser to re-activate the radio buttons.
The one thing I am most disappointed about is the length of time it takes to generate the video. The advertised time is "as little as 15 minutes" but I have yet to see anything close to that. Even a relatively simple 4 minute video has taken nearly an hour to generate. Many have taken more than an hour!

The moderator needs to get some kind of a sense of humor. I have had a couple videos kicked back by the moderator due to breach of the terms of service for very innocuous terms. This can't be a key word triggered moderator. Take the entirety of the the sentence or paragraph in the humorous intent it was written.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a repeatable way to deliver training. It seems the software can deliver that benefit for us but the length of time to write and assemble the videos is much more than advertised.

Having to pay to create my avatar. I wish we could do it in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The very expensive problem of being able to diversify my communications with video without spending a lot of money and still look professional.
