My experience with Synthesia
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia has made it easy for me to create promotional videos for my products and services
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the characters could be able to change clothes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would have required me to source a person to do Synthesia's work; it would have needed recording sessions and lots of editing. And all that is solved by this one tool, making it even easier to start and finish quickly with a high-quality finished product.

The Positives:
Synthesia is easy to navigate, easy to render videos and for the price was worth a shot at trying out. There are several templates and avatars to use to fit just about any situation.

What do you dislike about the product?
The lips don't sync very well on the samples we've tried to this point. You can definitely tell they are AI videos. If the quality improves, we will use it more often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit is that marketing videos can be made very quickly and implemented into our marketing strategy. The manual process to record and edit videos is now replaced.
Good tool but not for everyone :) or not for every purpose.
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia is a handy and quick-to-edit tool, easy to translate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be best if you remembered the Syhnthesia is not the folded solution for everything, it is easy to over usage - then after a while, you can have only the videos with a "talking head".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We always have a short deadline to finish the videos and learning content and reduce the cost of translations and real-actor videos.

What do you like best about the product?
New features nearly every week, very few bugs, lightning-fast response, customer tutorial sessions, professional creating tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Billing could be more straightforward and transparent; subscriptions should be easier to top up or add features to, studio doesn't support mobile/vertical position size
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia allows us to scale our product into multiple languages and markets efficiently.
It works decently well, it saves a lot of time in comparison to filming everything yourself

I like their support a lot. They also give interesting webinars on how to make your video's as effective as possible.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you lose your minutes if you made a mistake and you have to re-render a video. Also the version control doesn't work that well. If you make a change, you lose what you've made previously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that synthesia is solving is that we were in a pickle on how to make good instructional video's for our platform. We wanted to use a narrator but we didn't have a good actor or a studio to record in.
Synthesia is simply awesome and help me in my video creation!!

The speed of video generation can be improved though.

Quick and easy great videos
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia is easy to use for converting ideas into videos

There is no means for me to monitor my credits

They are developing an ability for users to monitor their credit balance
Amazing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating videos. The AI avatar is amazing and by far the most life like you could find on the net.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess the downside of Synthesia is the $30 USD per month for 10 minutes of video. Wish there was more minutes or less cost.

Creating a training tool that I could send to the team.

The simplicity, the great performance, the quality of video, the bunch of differents avatars to choose from, among many others.

Sometimes is pretty hard to make multiple diffetents animations to enter or go away on a same slide, becasue you have to play a lot setting up the delay seconds and all that

High Quality AI Videos & Excellent Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia offers high-quality AI avatars in their stock use. We run a learning and development company, and utilizing this tool has significantly improved the quality of our scenario videos. We appreciate the wide variety of diverse avatars available that can be applied to various scenarios. Their support team is excellent. We have had to contact them a couple of times, and even early in the morning, we get responses back.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their AI software is sophisticated and sometimes sensitive. We have had a couple of videos flagged that were scanned by their software, but customer support was readily available and immediately corrected the issues. It's a great tool overall; we are happy with it.

Making high quality scenario videos for training and development purposes.
