Easy to use but with a few things that could be improved
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, intuitive platform and with nice templates, great resources as also are quick to upload different media files.
What do you dislike about the product?
The voice sounds kind of flat and dreary, also the fact that I can't share the link just for revisions, as also would be nice to add mimics to the hands or shoulders so the video doesn't seem flat
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To not have to spend my all day just editing an avatar, makes me easy just to put the script and dedicate my time to the transitions instead of animate an avatar, that's awesome!

What do you like best about the product?
Human-like avatars and different varieties of avatars characters are the best among all other competitors!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't find what i dislike. However, Synthesia is doing their best to promote quality service despite the increase demand for its service. They always show that they're in control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
native speakers artists hefty costs and the time between revisions and incontrolable end results. It's incredible how all these issues can all be magically overcome by Synthesia's services.

Synthesia for explanatory videos
What do you like best about the product?
I am using it to generate explanatory videos of difficult situations, such as expenses, new projects, and others. It is really great and I am super happy with the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like you to be able to make hand movements like pointing to parts of the screen while explaining.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Explain difficult things in short videos.
I love Synthesia, just the fact that it is AI is phenomenal.
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia is lovely with the wide variety of avatars and voices in the database. I find them very useful. The process of making the video is pretty straightforward. Just by clicking through the many options, you can create some magnificent instruction videos. I am recommending Synthesia already. It is something extraordinary. One of my colleagues said that if I hadn't told him it was an avatar he wouldn't have noticed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have just managed to give some feedback this morning. I noticed that when I was preparing the video, the logo was not visible, so I continued with making my video. Then I published it and noticed that the logo was there. So I would recommend somehow showing the user that fills in the logo or delete it to avoid making the same video twice and causing customer frustration and a loss of credits :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have to be the one recording myself. I pop in the content and can provide exciting content in minutes. We are slowly able to improve our business success when it comes to communication with the clients.

I love the drag and drop features as well as how easy it is to edit the videos and script. The air generated script also was very helpful.

Wish there was a button to change a already finished video to different language

Allowing an ai generated avatar is saving me on a an actual actor.

Nothing I have found at this point. I would like to be able to change the thumbnail on my videos.
