Best video maker AI software for non-professionals
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use, just like a PowerPoint. but the good part is at the end you'll have a video with zero knowledge of making videos. amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the word pronunciations doesn't work properly and I had to change the word and replace it with something else. If they can fix it, it would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of creating video content for social media or even instructional videos for your clients without having any knowledge about video making and having the budget for hiring a professional video maker.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the AI creates the script and incorporates appropriate videos and pictures.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more steps before the Enterprise version. I would also like the ability to have multiple editors. Easier incorporation of quiz scenarios would be greatly appreciated.

I am designing courses for K-12 schools. Synthesia is helping me create interactive content.
Realistic avatars for use in business training
What do you like best about the product?
I use Synthesia to create short micro-learning training videos on a variety of soft skills. I bring in a powerpoint with the content, then upload the script and either use one of the standard avatars or one of the custom avatars that we have to create the video. I love being able to change the script easily and the avatars look and sound very realistic. Friends who have seen my avatar don't know it wasn't me doing a video.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the layout feature to be clunky and hard to use. There aren't many templates and I have given up trying to create a layout in the program. It is clunky to create in another program and then import it, but Synthesia just doesn't create good layouts at the moment. Hopefully that will change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to create videos that can be easily adapted with different avatars to better match the end user.

What do you like best about the product?
The avatars are incredibly lifelike in their motion and expressions. Combine that with how well the voice over is in sync. It is easy to use and support was fast and effective. It is truly amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Synthesia is not for anyone that wants to create videos based on news, current events or trends. However, I do strongly support their effort to avoid fake news videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia allows me to create interesting and concise content which I can then deliver to customers and potential customer in short bit-sized clips. I am using it to create regular content to help build brand recognition. No more text posts; consumers can simply watch and listen.

The video dubbing could be better. I feel the mouth movement could look.

First time trainer venturing into the world of video creation
What do you like best about the product?
The platform seems robust and is more intuitive to use than I was anticipating. The familiarity of features and functionality similar to mainstream office products makes picking up the technology fairly easy. With a little trial and error I was able to create videos fairly quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The avatars, while pretty close to being realistic, still have some features/movements that dont feel quite right. My biggest challenge is that in order to view the avatar with your content or to see your own personal avatar in motion for more than 30 seconds, you need to generate your video which is deducted from your paid for credits. The credit process is what I find to be the most challenging part of the product - specifically when you are looking to edit a video and need to regenerate you are "repaying" for the video generation every time you edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating training videos that can be updated with ease as information changes. The ability to use AI voice to create content that does not need to be manually re-recorded every time.

Synthesia not only saves me a lot of time, but it also enables me to create things which I would simply not have the capacity or resources to generate on my own

I wouldn’t say that I particularly dislike anything about Synthesia but I can see that there is still potential to develop it even further and improve the AI-powered generation models.

Access to actors and funding for content creation is a challenge which Synthesia helps me to overcome

What I like best about Synthesia is the excellent customer support. The team is responsive, friendly, and really committed to solving issues until everything works smoothly. It makes using the platform a reliable and enjoyable experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, I experienced some technical issues when trying to delete and replace my Selfie Avatar. It was a bit frustrating, but the support team handled it very well and resolved everything.

Synthesia makes it easy to create professional-looking videos without needing advanced technical skills. For me, it saves a lot of time and effort while still delivering high-quality results, which is especially valuable for my academic and professional projects.
Fantastic tool for creating help guide videos
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia is incredibly easy to use and gives me full control over my video content. I especially value the ability to create a script and have the AI deliver it seamlessly, removing the risk of human error in traditional voice-overs. It’s efficient, reliable, and has transformed the way I produce videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as I'm aware, you're unable to zoom in and highlight specific areas of videos. Editing screen-recorded videos could be easier and slightly more in-depth.

Being able to use the AI voiceover is a game-changer, and Synthesia is giving us the ability to maintain videos and update them when required without having to start from scratch each time.
