Super easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of the design and the quality of the videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to get to know your Avatars - some of them have quirks :). Canva imports lose their resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No longer need to video myself. More consistent outcome.
My 5-month journey with Synthesia
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia is a very user-friendly, easy to work with platform that fulfills a lot of marketing needs for our company. We are excited to continue using Synthesia with all of it's old features and new updates to create exciting and informational content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features needed updating, but were updated, like the background music effects. Being able to control the volume per each "scene" is extremely helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to get content out there without spending weeks or going to a third-party video creator to create what we needed. Synthesia delivers the desired outcome quickly: a professional, engaging, and simple video.

Impressive Realism, Multilingual Support, Cost-effective, Customizable, and Inclusive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited facial expressions, occasional unnatural voiceovers, challenges with complex scenes, slight learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia solves problems in video production by offering time and cost efficiency, overcoming language barriers, providing customization options, enhancing accessibility, and enabling scalability and consistency.
Synthesizer is a great tool
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia is by far the best video editing software that we have ever worked with. Because it is easy to understand from the very first time, the avatars are very professional, each character looks like a real person. We also have the chance to change the accent, voice and the speed of each one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the only thing that I need for to be in love with this software forever is more Latino variety, and it there would be great to have more options for the voice, because we can change de gendre but not the tone of that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to include a wider variety of characters in our video ads, and this software was the perfect solution. Now we can choose a different character for each ad.
Impressive technology
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia makes it easy to produce short videos for social media very easy. The voices are very good and it's easy to produce the same video in multiple languages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The avatars themselves could be better. The facial expressions are good but a greater range of looks would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create eye-catching videos quickly and easily. Traditional voice-over work is very time-consuming. Synthesia does a pretty good job very quickly, making it possible to create social media videos that we might not create otherwise due to time constraints.
A New and Exciting Avenue for Video Creation
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I enjoy most about Synthesia is the easy to use format that allows for the quick creation of videos that are engaging and powerful. I also appreciate the vast number of templates that are available for us to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the challenges I have faced is the limited ability to view different layers or move items temporarily outside of the screen view. This would allow for easier creation, adjustments, and would make this even more of an effective tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Synthesia is helping solve is the need to create a large number of short but also engaging videos that inform the audience with key information for navigating our platforms.
Absolutely Blow Away
What do you like best about the product?
I Love the Simplicity of Working with Synthesia. Everything is Laid out for You in a simple-to-follow format, and the training provided along with the program is by far one of the best I've seen in a long time online. I can create advanced Video Presentations that normally would have cost thousands per video for an extremely fair cost. You will not find this kind of program and its all-inclusive services anywhere else. I'm Blown Away at how the videos that we have made, and incorporated into our company's marketing and training, have resulted in a direct Increase in our Sales Conversions. Everyone wants to have this Secret Weapon type of Program in their Arsenal. I can't live without it now that I have it, and I'm excited to dive deeper into the additional functionality and advancements that the Synthesia Company has recently introduced. Exciting Indeed!
What do you dislike about the product?
Every Once in a While, there are some delays in the time it takes to produce or generate your videos due to the high volume on the network, simply because the program is now quickly growing in popularity and everyone wants to use it. However, the delays (the short extra time you must wait for the final product) are worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm maximizing my time efficiency by being able to produce presentations, and training that generally would have taken me weeks is now taking only a few days, sometimes even a few hours.
Extremely easy to use and implement
What do you like best about the product?
The sleek interface design is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides - this product has been very well received!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had to hire 2 people for a year to deliver daily safety messages. With Synthesia we avoided this cost PLUS it allows content creators to consistently control the messaging.
Highly Cost Effective & Time Saving Solution
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me to develop professional-looking videos very quickly and at a fraction of the typical production cost. It is easy to learn and use and has natural-sounding voices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very limited Asian avatars. Does not have the ability to create folders in the Synthesia media library to group our media uploads - searching for uploaded files is tedious because of this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously I had to outsource my video creation to production houses which charge a very hefty fee. Now I do all my video creation in-house - saves me cost, allowing me to charge a lower and more competitive fee to my clients. I also allows me now to make changes faster on my videos.
Simple, fast and scarily good.
What do you like best about the product?
Wide variety of accents. Quick processing times. Gestures and pauses. Pronounciation is great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Welsh accent is awful unless it's reading Welsh. The manual reviews occasionally really slow things down when you are on a roll. It's also very expensive for small businesses.

Allows a small business like me to make great content, quickly.
