What do you like best about the product?
The interface is so intuitive it's easy to get up and running. Onc to speed, the power of the platform if gamechanging

A primer on pronunciation 'cheats' might be helpful. How to defuse the words that sound more robotic.

There has been an incredible pace to the upgrades that are being rolled out

The jump between sybscriptions too big. We are not big enough for corporate package, but private package too limited

The avatars. There are many avatars with unique ways of doing narrations.

Nothing bad but if the avatars can walk or move during narration it will be a great plus.

Creating YouTube tech videos within a short time.
We are producing quality videos without the need for actors and translators.
What do you like best about the product?
The speed at which video files with an avatar are generated. In the span of 1 year, it has improved so much that it is increasingly less noticeable that they are AI avatars.
What do you dislike about the product?
It still needs to improve the gestures of the avatars when they pause in silence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now I no longer need to hire voices at very high prices for my voice-overs nor do I need actors.

The system allows users to render text into video-based content, which is ideal for internal training presentations and marketing.

There should be an option to render audio and/or video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The cost of hiring a voice actor and studio space far outweighs that of what Synthesia charges its customers. More voices for less...

It's extremely easy to use.

It would be nice to have more control over background music, such as fade in and out and the ability to control the volume of background music.

What do you like best about the product?
With Synthesia is very easy to create valuble content of every type. Personally I use it to create turtorials and training videos for the commercial teams I consult.
The process of creation is very easy, quite userfriendly and fun to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say it is a "dislike" but I would upload some more tutorials on how to trim part of the videos and I would make it easier to switch from one voice to the other without alterating the lenght and duration of the video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia is making my consulting job way easier by allowing me to create and deliver great content to the company I work for. Using Synthesia for internal (and external) tutorials will the life of the new employees and the client's one way easier. Thanks to Synthesia the company can save up resources that otherwise would have been spent in training.
Very easy to use with great results
What do you like best about the product?
This saves me so much time in producing high quality videos that are scalable for our learners and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the non-American voices could be better and the repetitive inflections in body language from some of the avatars is a little annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to create high quality elearning courses in a way that is scalable which is saving a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
The many voices are great, especially having option in multiple languages, since we plan to use other languages in some of our courses. I like the options of how many avatars there are offered, even if we don't use them all. It is also easy to export powerpoint slides into the system, instead of having to rebuild everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need more options for including animations from powerpoint. Currently, we would have to build all animations into powerpoint, and export each slide as it's own video and that takes too much time. Some of the pronunciation is tough to get the AI to say correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to product more videos by skipping the step of having someone in office manually recording audio.

Despite its few but very critical initial flaws, it is an incredible product that is second to none regarding fast, effective and engaging learning and development videos using cutting-edge AI technology. Synthesia can simplify creating video training in ways I'm not sure other platforms can match.

It's video share options integrate well will a variety of different LMS and platforms and it's easy to implement an get started. Customer service has improved significantly and you can use it for just about any training you can imagine delivering.

There were some teething problems as the product was updated at a blistering pace, but the experience has improved tremendously as bugs disappear and the user experience improves
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Critically, it's reducing the need to travel to record video and a presenter or voiceover, and it's eliminating the need for complex video editing. This speeds up content creation considerably with a small team.
