Remarkable technology
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia not only saves me a lot of time, but it also enables me to create things which I would simply not have the capacity or resources to generate on my own
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn’t say that I particularly dislike anything about Synthesia but I can see that there is still potential to develop it even further and improve the AI-powered generation models.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to actors and funding for content creation is a challenge which Synthesia helps me to overcome

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Synthesia is the excellent customer support. The team is responsive, friendly, and really committed to solving issues until everything works smoothly. It makes using the platform a reliable and enjoyable experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, I experienced some technical issues when trying to delete and replace my Selfie Avatar. It was a bit frustrating, but the support team handled it very well and resolved everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia makes it easy to create professional-looking videos without needing advanced technical skills. For me, it saves a lot of time and effort while still delivering high-quality results, which is especially valuable for my academic and professional projects.
Fantastic tool for creating help guide videos
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia is incredibly easy to use and gives me full control over my video content. I especially value the ability to create a script and have the AI deliver it seamlessly, removing the risk of human error in traditional voice-overs. It’s efficient, reliable, and has transformed the way I produce videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as I'm aware, you're unable to zoom in and highlight specific areas of videos. Editing screen-recorded videos could be easier and slightly more in-depth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to use the AI voiceover is a game-changer, and Synthesia is giving us the ability to maintain videos and update them when required without having to start from scratch each time.
Perfect tool for training videos
What do you like best about the product?
I've been looking for a tool to turn slides into high-uquality ai video for short content focused trainings videos. This was THE PERFECT tool! It's easy to use, not much of a learning curve, and highly customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't explored all the features yet, there are a lot! It's simple to use for my targeted purpose and hopefully I will be able to explore other features soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small, nimble Ed-Tech company which means we adapt quickly and our help and training videos need to keep up. I was looking for a tool that would allow me to make small tweaks in already created videos as well as content from scratch. This is an excellent tool for these training videos.
useful tool for quick video creation
What do you like best about the product?
I can make videos in minutes without needing to film anything or do editing. The avatars look professional, and the voices are pretty realistic. I mostly use it for internal training and short explainers, and it saves me a lot of time. The UI is simple and easy to get used to

it would be great to have better integrations with tools like PowerPoint or LMS platforms. Not a dealbreaker but could be improved

What do you like best about the product?
How quick and easy it is to generate videos. I'm using it to create YouTube videos for my brand. What would take me hours/days to complete takes me only 15 mins with Synthesia. Incredible value.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the voices sound a bit robotic - I'm sure this will get better with time. I'd also love to be able to create Instagram reels or YouTube shorts . That would be a game changer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time. Creating video content is very time and resource intensive without tools like Synthesia. After playing with the tool, creating some templates, I'm able to create a YouTube video in just 15 minutes. From Synthesia video creation to thumbnail to uploading to YouTube - 15 mins. Incredible.
No need to hire a VA or editors. It would've cost me hundred of dollars to hire someone to do this, and dozens of horus of work. I did a quarter's worth of content in an afternoon.

Quick and Easy Option for Producing Content
What do you like best about the product?
The admin interface was easy to use, and the templates for specific types of projects were very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only criticism is that the avatar's mouth doesn't always match up with the letter sounds of particular words.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Short video demonstrations of a new product. The benefit is that I don't have to use my own voice or video, but I still get the relevant information shared in a way that feels a bit more dynamic than sharing screenshots only.

like the stability of the avatar, the ability to switch camera angles while maintaining the speech, and the option to include multiple avatars in a single presentation

I would say that the voices in languages other than English have significant room for improvement

The use of avatars in sales creates a nice ice-breaking effect.

I haven't figured that out yet. However, at this time, it's very easy to navigate.
