Great Tool for Content Creation
What do you like best about the product?
The Synthesia platform is very easy to use, has all the tools you need to make a great training video. The wide variety of templates, avatars and voices is one of my favorite features. We have started to use this tool with our training area.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are no major downsides to Synthesia.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to hire external companies to make training videos that would exceed our budget and take a long time to deliver, now with Synthesia pretty much anyone in our staff can make the videos we need.

What do you like best about the product?
The pre-built template with various AI to choose from. The diversities of each AI
What do you dislike about the product?
That it does not have any animal character for children for us to use as a tutor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An AI tutor that can educate about complex topics. Our users are children, and the videos make it easy to use synthesia as our tutor.

What do you like best about the product?
As an AI program for creating movies with avatars, Syntesia allowed you to bring your creative vision to life with ease. With its user-friendly interface and advanced capabilities, you were able to create high-quality animated content that was tailored to your liking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I appreciate the capabilities of Syntesia as an AI program for creating movies with avatars, but I have found that the cost of creating an avatar can be quite expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Syntesia has been helpful in creating high-quality videos with avatars! Its advanced capabilities and user-friendly interface make it a powerful tool for bringing mine creative vision to life.
Synthesia is awesome!
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia is easy-to-use, has outstanding features, and the templates are great to get anyone started. Synthesia also provides updates on new Avatars and other features regularly, so the app never gets old. I love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to using Synthesia is that I can't see the draft of my project on my mobile device. (I'm sure they're working on that.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was in need of a spokesmodel for a company video I was creating for my client. I didn't want to use Fiverr because it only prolongs the process and oftentimes doesn't fit the bill. Synthesia came into my life and gave me 100% control of the project. The video came out great, and now, we are planning to create more using the same process!
Simple, Easy, Effective
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of Synthesia is the ease of use of creating great videos. It provides great templates to use and customer service is OUTSTANDING.
What do you dislike about the product?
The format changes and it takes time to adjust and relearn how to do a certain function. Example: A few days ago the Animation for Enter changed and it is an adjustment to remember.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating videos is now so easy; instead of paying for a writer, narrator and video tech - everything you need is at your fingertips. It saves me money.
Powerfull tool for a fair price that's constantly improving!
What do you like best about the product?
AI Avatars have long list of uses in any company videoproduction needs. Weather its Tutorials, Onboarding or other instructional videos for internal use this format helps to improve better informational recall.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are already on some competitors sites European Languages (Hungarian,Czech, Slovak) that sound very realistic. Though synthesis has still limited number of usable voices in these languages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lowers the cost of voice over and video production drastically while giving a gigantic leap in video turn around speed from idea to finished product. Combined with other AI tools for copywriting you have limitless options.
A very useful for creating attractive videos at a decent cost
What do you like best about the product?
We use Synthesia to create video explainers for our DL PRO software. Synthesia allows us to create quality explainer videos for our customers and add a personal touch to them by adding an AI avatar as a guide. Thanks to Synthesia, we are able to produce these videos ourselves at a decent cost!

On the whole we are quite happy with the software, it would be useful to have more tools for editing the video itself, but it's not a problem.

Excellent solution and easy use
What do you like best about the product?
Variety of avatars and languages. Templates are overal a good start. What is great are the continuous improvements. Also enjoy the good and fast support wherever needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way too big gap between the starters pack and the next step up (pro pack). A few intermediate steps would be greatly appreciated for small to midsize businesses.

Presenting in native languages to our international audience. Quick and professionally presenting the subjects we want to get for marketing and product descriptions.
A great solution for when you don't want to show your face
What do you like best about the product?
Two months using this program and it was a great solution because I started my YouTube channel and I didn't want to expose my face and I could still pass on my information in a natural way.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could have more templates, you can only see the animation after finalizing and generating the video, and you could have a model with the whole body.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a good solution for me because i don't need to expose my face on youtube.
