What do you like best about the product?
The AI presenter was extremely helpful in getting the message across. Through this tool, you are able to reach audiences that are more visual or audio learners.
What do you dislike about the product?
The format of video and text. It is very difficult to see all the text at once if the video is full screen and need to scroll down but cannot expand the message portion like you can on other software such as Gmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia has been very good for our program in improving our acceptance process. By creating orientation videos we were able to reduce a lot of the issues in our acceptance process and improve overall student satisfaction.

What do you like best about the product?
With Synthesia it is easy to create high quality, engaging educational videos in multiple languages. Just change out the script and generate the new video.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the avatar voices don't read the scripts as well as others which requires more editing to make them sond good.

Scaling video production in multiple languages.

All the video editing part, as well as the avatars and the quality of the dubbing.

I think there could be more video and audio resources.
The effects on the screen are also quite simple, the only point I would improve. Currently, according to what I have been using.

Problems like adding voice to the video and also doing the final touch. Today I do part of the video in OBS, then in Movavi I add effects and edits, and finally I use Synthesia to finish.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Presentations, especially long ones and with a lot of text, can be easily changed to an active presentation. Further we save time, as we do not need to record ourselves that often anymore.

I love that it's so simple to have a uniform presentation throughout the videos. Saves so many hours and looks great. I am getting addicted to making vids! Brill!

The avatars seem to all have unpredictable movements. But I understand it would probably look odd if they just stayed still. Most people don't guess it's AI in the vids!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the possibility of converting texts into voices of professional announcers. I like the ease of the video creation tools, that were not so simple at first, but have been improving. I like the wide variety of avatars. I like the price, is very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
You solved very well the problem of synchronizing animations with the times of the text, I congratulate you, but I would like to have an equally incredible solution to edit and insert music and sound effects in the same way that you solved the animations with the implementation of markers. My favorite avatars are Alex (Female) and Will (Man), they are young with a professional appearance, they are both good looking but they do not fall into an exaggerated beauty stereotype; these avatars could pass for French, Mexican, American, English, Australian, Argentine, etc. because they are not blond or black, nor do they have features of a particular race and their clothing is appropriate for business casual; there are other young avatars with generic white physical features but they dress very casually or with ugly suits. Another good example are the avatars of Matt (Male) and Emma (Female) who are of mixed race and could fit perfectly representing many nationalities, however Emma's clothes seem to be too big for her. Improving the clothing of the avatars to make them look better would be a nice improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to use professional voice talents to make a video tutorial but I was limited in the number of changes or updating the information. With Synthesia, the number of changes I can make is unlimited and that gives me a lot of peace of mind.
