Amazing software
What do you like best about the product?
we can use the software for all areas of the business, from marketing to operational content, so we are now looking to use the software in other areas of the business
What do you dislike about the product?
It did take a little time to learn the software and i would have liked to have my own image as the avatar .. however over all it works well for us, and we intend to continue to use it

its giving us a nother avenue to market the business

It has a variety of avatars. It also uses good music compatible with YouTube.

Nothing. It is a bit pricey, but worth it.

It solves the problem of hiring people to do presentation work for me. It saves a lot of money overall.
An amazing AI tool
What do you like best about the product?
For the past few months I have been creating videos for my online school using Synthesia. It's simply amazing how easy it is to create videos up to 3 minutes with almost real avatars, with a wide range of voices available. In particular, I've been using an avatar that is being tested, in which it is possible to command facial gestures, such as expressions of surprise, blinking an eye, moving the head negatively and positively. There is no way back using AI in the business world and Synthesia is the best video maker I've tried when it comes to avatars. I recommend without a doubt.
What do you dislike about the product?
i would like to have the freedom to be able to create videos with more than 6 scenes which is the limitation in my plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
for what I needed to do before it would only be possible if I hired an agency with actors to present my products in the videos. with Synthesia this is no longer a problem
An Efficient Strategy for Corporate Video Creation
What do you like best about the product?
The most exciting part of the platform is the internal automation applied to how the video elements are automatically adjusted to user requirements. That saves a lot of time!

Some avatars look natural in motion and speech, but most avatars need more improvements.

Synthesia saves money and time in creating a video to present an idea. As we have a small team, we can focus on other aspects of the business and let Synthesia take care of video creation.
An incredible tool to be more efficient in video edition
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia is one of the most useful AI tools I have come across. It allows our department to improve the customer and employee experience, with videos that are impactful, easy to create and very affordable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I am delighted with the way the tool works, I would like to see a more complete video editor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia allows us to create multimedia content that we previously had to commit to an agency, with excellent results and for much less money.
Easy to create professional looking videos
What do you like best about the product?
The creation of the videos is very similar to create a power point slide deck, so the learning curve is very flat. A create feature Synthesia offers is screen caption, either as a background or a video. A nice feature is to use a finished video as a new template, so corrections and new background can be added without recreating the video anew.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it is browser based, sometimes it lags a bit and text might end up somewhere else then intended. Also, the steps from a template to a draft video to video could be more intuitive, now everything is a template until it is converted to a video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are migrating our how-to documents, currently containing screen shots (which makes those documents unreadable) to short videos with a walk thru background accompanied with verbal explanations. This allows us to increase the information density without boring the audience. Especially the AI gives a personal touch. We will use certain spokes persons (AI) for certain topics to give our users a familiar face.

Incredible realism!
What do you like best about the product?
I found the avatars and speaking inflexion to be very realistic and convincing for the most part, and with a little tweaking of the script you can correct any moments that don't quite convince. Extremely useful for adding a professional human presence to videos and promos, which obviously makes all the difference in the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only concern is that many other people will use the same avatars and that the avatars will therefore become recognisable to the public, meaning that the video will be more easily recognised as AI rather than human. However I see that the Synthesia team are adding new avatars all the time so hopefully there will eventually be a wide enough choice to help with this potential downside.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool has lots of different Avarats and lot of different langauges which is great
What do you dislike about the product?
The mouth of the person does not move in 100% in sinc a lot of the time with the words it is supposed to say. Also some of the words are not pronounced properly. This makes it obvious that this is not real. The interface is not great. Trying to add more than one or two animations has never worked for me and just crashes what I am buiding. I have told customer service and got the reply to to just refresh, which was not helpful and of course I did. All in all I like the way the development of this tool is going and if you are an early adopter and do not mind these teething problems then you will enjoy the tool as I do. If you are expecting something polished then it is not for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes video development for your compnay really easy. Anything from intro meetings to how to meetings are done in no time at all and without the needs for cameras and ligting etc.
What an amazing experience
What do you like best about the product?
Instead of lengthy text on my website, I have been able to replace this with Synthesia's A.I. and create a much better experience for my visitors. I have made my websites more dynamic, interactive, and fun. Also, the variety of Avatars to choose from has made it possible to pick the right character for the subject matter. This is a very easy 10/10 great value for money, and the Synthesia team behind the scenes seems to be constantly improving the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to add "volume control" when creating a video, once I had the perfect soundtrack, but the volume seem to increase as the track went on, and near the end, I struggled to hear the avatar's words. The simple solution was to pick another soundtrack. If there is volume control, I've missed it. I've made about 10 video's so far and this is the only improvement I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia A.I. has made my work stand out from my peers. Pages that were just text and now video presentations. These pages are now more appealing and inviting. I am noticing having someone "speak to you" is a stronger prompt in a call to action than just written text on a page.
