Latency is sometimes long. Would like to see the ability to adjust the ducking feature for music & multi videos on one slide

What do you dislike about the product?
While I do really enjoy using this product, there is one thing that I wish was different. It would be amazing if the personal plan offered more credits for the same price as it currently is. This would make the product absolutely unbeatable. As it stands, I find myself having to constantly purchase additional credits, which can be a bit frustrating. However, despite this small inconvenience, I do still highly recommend the product as it has been incredibly useful for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I create explanatory videos on Youtube, and Synthesia has been an invaluable help in assisting me with this task.
Synthesia.io was for me the gate to visualize my discussions with GPT-3 from openAI
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is great because it is intuitive and aesthetic at the same time. The results speak for themselves and both the avatars, lip sync and dubbing are stunning!
But it is much more than a tool to visualize conversations with GPT-3. It helps one for presentations, websites and explainer videos.

It could render a bit faster. It could render a bit faster.

Explainer videos cost me oodles of time. It takes a few takes until I have spoken everything flawlessly. This is really easy with Synthesia because the avatar reads the text in perfect voice quality, doesn't sneeze or get distracted by anything. You get a product that is absolutely professional and everyone asks how you did it.
Easy Tech With Big Results
What do you like best about the product?
The program is very intuitive. I'm of the "older generation" and found it very easy to learn. The video quality is impressive. We currently use a consultant to develop content as we are building a Change Management department. Synthesia will save time & money.
What do you dislike about the product?
Let me preface this by saying I have not reviewed every tutorial, so I may have missed functionality. I'd like to do more editing with the screen recordings. For example, trim pieces in the middle rather than the start & finish only. I know this isn't video editing software, but would be great to do it in one place. I'm building content around new software for our company and would love to cut down on the processing time by editing that from the video but still be able to show every click. I also need an easier way to learn more about variances. I think this will be a helpful tool but cannot figure out how to use it. Again, take this with a grain of salt.

As mentioned before, we are building a new Change Management department. We need the ability to create compelling content fast. This software helps meet that goal in a cost-efficient way. I cannot wait to master the program at a higher level.

Fast, inexpensive and intuitive tool to create explainer videos
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is intuitive, and it's easy to produce video content quickly. Also super easy to edit, change elements, and manipulate the script.
What do you dislike about the product?
The volume on the background music can't be adjusted, which is a shame. Also the video library has limited search functionality and there's no way to bookmark videos for later use which makes it a bit more time-consuming than it otherwise would.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I tried creating explainer videos myself using my phone, a selfie-ring, and a basic video editor. As much as I tried, I simply couldn't deliver the lines. I'm not an actor. Somehow the AI bot seems more natural than I did on-screen!

should include more video templates in different dimensions like 1:1 or 4:5 ratio. Also, 9:16 will be very useful
