What do you like best about the product?
For me, Syntesia is the ideal tool to quickly and easily create multiple how-to videos in multiple language versions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still a few points for improvement, such as an even more 'human' expression of the avatars, such as more frequent blinking and some more facial expressions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned, Synthesia helps me by being able to produce how-to videos in multiple language versions quickly, easily and without too much expense. And it allows me to scale my productivity faster.

A great variety of different characters and voices with a really good text2speech engine with natural pronunciation. The facial expressions of the avatars are lifelike without being exaggerated.Is this what the future of news anchors looks like?

The online editor for creating presentations is still quite rudimentary. In particular, it lacks the ability to define layers for objects. So currently it happens quickly that a graphic covers the avatar, the main character in this software. But the helpdesk responds quickly, competently and in a friendly manner.

We create a variety of videos. So it's important to deliver consistent quality and serve viewing habits.

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of voice and avatar options. A lot of videos and articles on how to use the studio. The studio is intuitive and easy to use. You can create a video in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, there was an issue getting support with an error I received while generating a video, but once I was connected with someone on the support team over email, they worked hard to help me get it resolved.

Cutting the cost of creating how-to videos and video knowledge base for a Saas client.
Excellent Video Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It offers a wide range of features, including customizable templates, a library of animations and sounds, and the ability to add music, text, and images to videos. This makes it a valuable tool for businesses, educators, and individuals looking to quickly create engaging and informative videos. I tried the support for a couple of tickets, and they were responsive and quick.

Sometimes video creation takes longer than estimated, but this is not commonly happening.

More useful than you'd think
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia let's me customize the accent to the video speaker, and experiment with formats, timing, inflection and new features

I wish that all the old avatars had all the wicked new features of the new avatars, like gesture and emotion tweaking

Synthesia is helping me increase engagement by having a virtual actor for my new videos.

Ease of adding humanity to a PowerPoint presentation or e-learning. Important choice of avatar.

a bit simple to format the slides.

Synthesia videos are integrated into Articulate360 to transition written slides with the addition of an avatar.

Being able to select avatars of different nationalities has helped us reach a broader audience.

Some of the voices sound robotic, and not natural like the advertisement that enticed me to purchase Synthesia.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very good and easy to use. The ai voices save me so much time and help my product look very professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the voices don't sound nearly as real as others. Also the avatars are good, but still look a little unsettling when you watch them too long.
