Great piece of software for a low investment cost
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best about Synthesia is the ability to create new content that is hyper-local to our global audiences. We are a large organization with many different languages spoken, so this software is a quick way to communicate a message that is specific to our audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about the software isn't really a dislike, but a minor headache. I wish Google Translate was integrated into the text box so I could select the language I want to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I'm solving is communicating to our large global audience.

Very easy to use, loads of options for your training needs, quick and fit-for-purpose

Small improvements regarding intonation, but it is really being nit-picky!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A platform to generate training content that is available to the whole team without any specific skills required or extra budget. The whole team is now engaged in creating their own training material versus delegating to one team. It has allowed the freeing of resources

Support staff is very helpful and the tool works very efficiently with professional look.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the templates and videos get hung up or corrupted. It takes quite a bit of time to get the final product complete but not too bad.

Training for internal and external purposes for now. Easy and quick to put together and then share with staff and customers.
An excellent ai control service
What do you like best about the product?
What I prefer about the service is that it is extremely simple and intuitive to use. Furthermore, everyone can use it, from the most experienced to the least experienced.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now there is not one thing I don't like, I would rather say that I would like the number of slides allowed for premium accounts to be more than 6. Let's say that this aspect would help me a lot with my customers.

With Synthesia we are able to satisfy multiple needs of our customers, from the customization of the backgrounds to the personalized and loaded musical sounds from the outside ...
Recommendations to others considering the product:
What I can say is that this service is able to perform functions that are in great demand on the job market and that at a cost it allows you to amplify internal production.
Creating Training Videos has never been easier
What do you like best about the product?
Not having to film and refilm videos when technology, best practices, or programs change. All I have to do is delete old info and type in new info, perhaps change an image, and voila! My video is updated. It's quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't come across many down sides. So far everything we questioned was explained or fixed by our helpful rep!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted training videos and the thought of creating all of them- the expense and time it would take was prohibitive, Now we are building training quickly without film and editing!
Worth The Time and Money
What do you like best about the product?
To be able to upload existing documents like PowerPoint and other videos, the example linked to youtube the start price is low enough to take the first step.

That I cannot modify once a video has been done unless it counts for an added video and we are limited to 10 per month.
Also not knowing the cost of a Corporate rate and needing to schedule an apointment.

I believe this would give a great edge and an important point of difference to include these short videos in our business presentation and

Take your time for your first video, it gets better.

Easy to use and cost-effective, the software has great potential for helping in making compelling videos localized in multiple languages in no time.

There are still some margins of improvement in terms of quality of certain national voices, organization via folders for generated videos, animation of elements inside slides.
