Amazing!! Huge time saver.
What do you like best about the product?
Scripting and not having to read off a teleprompter anymore! What used to take me 3 months I did in 3 weeks. Game changer for training videos! This is the firs AI software that I have used. When I was looking into competitors the avatars seemed to be better with Synthesia.
What do you dislike about the product?
The screen recorder doesn't work very well. It seems to only work if it is recording an internet tab. Sometimes I need to record everything that I'm doing. I would like there to be a more seamless way to create a screen share with voice-over. I'm sure it'll be updated eventually.

Not flexible pricing, especially not for start-ups. Limited minutes available per month.

Some avatars look robotic, and sometimes is necessary to evaluate different voices because not all Spanish-speaking voices are very accurate, one minute of video or 6 slides is very limitating

While Editing the video Extra Layers section (like Adobe Studio) should be added. Will help to quickly navigate and edit layer of choice.

We are facing problems with incorporating region-specific accent in our videos. The Synthesia AI helps in identifying different voice-overs matching local geographic areas. thus making promotional videos more impactful.

What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia has many different avatars using AI to create videos from text, creating scenes as if you were preparing a slideshow presentation. It has support to many different to languages with male and female voices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Voices for languages such as Portuguese are limited. The previewing feature does not give a precise idea of the avatar behavior and movements (on the preview, a still picture of the avatar is rendered on the screen, probably for processing issues).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To create videos commenting a slideshow presentation, synthesia allows me to create shorter versions, in a more direct approach. When you record a person presenting, he/she usually add unnecessary comments and lots of filler words.

Nothing so far - this service offers everything I and my projects need. Adding my own avatars would be an excellent addition to the basic plan. Anyway, the AI works super fine.

Reduces the cost of the podcast and presentation productions. Moreover, it saves a lot of time. Simply the perfect service for me and my company at this particular moment.

How easy it is to change avatars and to change music and backgrounds. The process of adding text is super easy and I like how you can duplicate the video to use for other clients

That i can't see who viewed it. It would be nice to be able to track who opened the video, how long they watched the video and if they shared the video with others
