Syjnthesia is very easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia provides a wide range of characters that you can choose from depending on the topic or context of your video.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback for me is that there aren't any Caribbean accents available since my audience is from the Caribbean. I would also like to see more gestures available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia allows me to create content without using my face or voice. It also allows me to create professional-looking videos from the comfort of my home and at a very low cost.

How simple it is to use. Great interface. Simple and powerful.

Nothing. There is nothing I dislike about this application.

Ability to quickly make meaningful videos.

It is easy to use without looking for help from 3rd party agencies.

I like all the features and I don't see anything I don't like

Synthesia solved my most crucial issue: posting videos for our company and making announcements about products on social media. I don't need to work with agencies as I don't need to spend time with them to explain our products, company etc. I know all, and Synthesia is making it work.

What do you like best about the product?
It is simple to use, has many features and the voices are incredible real as they were humans. There is a lot of options to use as images, videos, backgrounds and more
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the custom avatars and custom voices price is too high. It could be more affordable. I think 1000$ for a custom avatar is too expensive in my oppinion
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I sell digital products and many times it is quicker to make a sales pitch with an avatar than using my self. I don't like to appear on videos you know, so it helps me with that.

What do you like best about the product?
I use synthesia to create tutorial videos for a project that I am working on, and the #1 thing for me is how easy it is to create new project or duplicate old ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the app allowed me to upload my own screen recordings the same way I can upload screenshots. Instead i have to screenshare and record, which can be inconvenient at times.

The ability to turn any text material into engaging AI videos.

Love the studio application and templates. Synthesia does a fantastic job with enablement.

I think the membership tiers and limitation on size. I would expect more options on a try to buy. 6 slides is very limited.

Automate the training. It does a much better job than I can with the same script.

I like most things, but you should be able to buy more credits every month, having to wait to the next month is a pain

I like the flexibilty in avatars and backgrounds
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that I would like to have more voices of the same type. For example 3 warm voices in the same accent. Sometimes two voices have the same type but are completely different and might even sound robotic. I think that the voices are the biggest barrier at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far I have encountered 2 different difficulties. One was technical, where I accidentally included captions and I got instant assistance in fixing that. The other one deals with the name of the receipt. For that one, I still didn't get answers about.
