Excellent Quality AI
What do you like best about the product?
The assortment of voices and the quality in which the AI renders it to the spokes person.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see more variety in the AI for business purposes or formal wear.

No problems
An incredibly useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the wide selection of Avatars and the natural language with so many regional dialects covered. In particular, the British voices are excellent, which is essential for the work I am doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to see credits used and credits left each month so you can plan your work to fit the monthly schedule better. I would also like to be able to buy additional credits when required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying out Synthesia as a communication tool, which is proving very effective so far. So far most of my intended audience have not noticed the avatar is created with artificial intelligence.
Truly Remarkable Technology
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia has been extremely helpful in improving the quality of my training videos and lessons that I teach virtually. I would recommend this for any person or business that is looking to add high quality visuals to their work or projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is still working out some bugs within the program to improve the speed and other hidden features that the public may not typically see. Would like to see the lagging improve over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved my problem of spending hours on editing videos. This is same me so much time and allows me to create more videos and presentations in a quicker manner. I enjoy it.

It's user-friendly. No hassles and not complicated. We use the videos to explain our new protocol.

Sometimes the avatars don't sync with what you put in the script.

It basically helps our customers easily understand what we would like to say via an explainer video.
Easy to learn and AI technology is impressive
What do you like best about the product?
The avatars look so real that a client thought we had a photo shoot with an actual actor. Synthesia is easy to navigate and learn which allows you to create impressive videos in a short amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use the personal account and would like to see a few more options regarding background colors, and video uploads versus just image uploads and slide transition options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia is helping me create more interactivity in my training videos. Seeing a face instead of just voice over catches learners attention.

Very easy to use, yielding good results with not much effort.

I had intermittent issues with the video not loading immediately after a text change, and I had to refresh the page or wait a few seconds until it worked.

What do you like best about the product?
Quicker than hiring an actor and filming.

It takes many clicks to add transitions.

What do you like best about the product?
Templates assistance and training on how to use the software. At first, I was very sceptical about how my first video would look. But more than just happy with the outcome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am limited to a total of 10min for all videos in a month. The first couple of videos were tests and quickly reached the 10min limit. But this helped with better planning for the videos that followed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time and money to train clients on our software. We do not need to travel to clients for introductions or training. Quick videos on our company and how our software and the job is done.

Sometimes that we have to wait for the video to be reviewed. But we understand that it is to avoid having creators with non-healthy stuff.

Easy to use, fun to watch.
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia is easy to use, even for beginners. I like that there is a wide variety of voices and avatars. Customer support is quick to help if you have any questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pronunciation is not always quite perfect. I want quick commands to insert pauses. If I only want to listen to the last 10%, I still have to listen to the whole thing from the beginning. I'm missing a course on how to improve pronunciation with the phonetic alphabet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia is fast and you can (even as a beginner) get started in no time. I know the service is relatively new, so I expect many improved features in the future. It will be exciting to follow Synthesia on the journey.
