Great tool for simple videos
What do you like best about the product?
Cost/value ratio is good. The usability and templates are very useful. Overall experience is very high.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it does not work, I mean you cant preview the video. Next day is usually fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating tutorial videos for the product.

I can create scripts and get someone to "Act it out" without fuss.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a "live preview," even if it was at a lower quality. Having just the audio is excellent, but it would be helpful to have even a low-res avatar moving along with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to create proctoring videos and small training videos that give a personal touch without having to hire actors to do so. Also, the turn-around time is much faster.

Very intuitive user experience, super fast to reach great results!

More pricing models would be good in order to meet more requirements, also an overview of the consumed minutes would be great

Self-service creation of great explainer video, without having to hire editors, speakers and record videos.
Synthesia is a very interesting and good AI tool which we will surely use a lot in the future.

The price for the enterprise version is clearly too high.

It's great to quickly and easily create videos with custom content.
Synthesia after one week..
What do you like best about the product?
After one week of working with Synthesia I feel like an expert. The tutorials are excellent and the ability to create great-looking videos is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I'm working around is the resolution in uploaded Powerpoint images. Not a big deal as I simply convert them to .JPG's which allows flexibility with the animations. The animations are great by the way. The fade in and fade out capabilities are so cool. Way beyond what you can do in Powerpoint ( from my experience ).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted to kick start some of the online User Guides for a new product we are launching. Synthesia has 'blown people away' when they see the quality of what is possible with an hour or two of work. The tool is also making us think about the overall scripting and messaging that we are trying to get across to the audience. How is it benefiting us? The rate of productivity is way beyond my expectations. I've churned out half a dozen videos in a couple of days and they just keep getting better. The tool is making the whole experience so easy.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to make the videos without paying a huge amount for real life actors and camera people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a middle tier. There needs to be a plan in between the personal and the corporate one. I sometimes need more mins and buying extra is inconvenient.

What I like most about Synthesia is the ability to generate high value videos in less than 15 minutes. It contains many important tools such as changing accents by country, setting a green background, changing the size of the humanoid, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to visualize the humanoid speaking until the video is generated.

Synthesia is an innovative service that opens new avenues of creativity and opportunities for digital creators. A powerful tool for digital marketing professionals. I am eager to see new features, I have many ideas in my mind that I want to apply. :)

It would be great to have more subscription plans with more minutes and more avatars of different ethnicities and professional sectors. No need to hire an enterprise plan. This plan is very expensive for a freelance professional.
