Makes video creation easy and fast
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia has changed the way we create marketing and product videos. Not only has it increased our output, but it has also made our service better with the easy creation of how-to videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
A limited number of avatars and voice tones with emotions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia is helping in creating the how-to videos for customer service.
User-friendly, neat and professional!
What do you like best about the product?
I'm someone who likes to prepare slides and create the text to speak but doesn't like getting in front of the camera to deliver training. Synthesia saves me that burden. Plus, I can select from different avatars and voices so my trainees can see different faces than me. I love the diversity!
What do you dislike about the product?
For an observant eye like mine, it is possible to catch that there's a mismatch between the mimics and lips with the text and voice. But I'm sure it will improve over the years as technology improves. Showing the animations on the imported PPT file would also be good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a native-speaking voice, subtitles, and different faces for my short training videos.
I love the speed to quickly review a screenplay text in a video composition with different actors.

Speed for prototyping. It helps to select what kind of actor and voice fits best into a scene.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding breaks and pauses in between phrases makes the avatar perform unnatural movements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed in the revision of screenplay documents.
Always getting better is our most usefull tool for make every client special.

Surely the environment so simplified that it has, the access to the tools in a single panel. Also the variety of avatars that continue to generate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some sentences, especially in non-English languages, where some grammatical senses are difficult to imitate despite pauses and punctuation, but in general, a small change in the words usually solves the problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The production of video for courses allows us to customize our courses for each company without increasing the cost. It allows much faster editing than with real actors and is infinitely much cheaper.

What do you like best about the product?
...and easy to use. A broad range of Avatars to chose from. Support-Team is very cooperative and competent. The communication between Synthesia Management and customers I experienced as transparent and empathic.

Nothing at all. So far all products and services work perfect

What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface as well as the ease of use. Also you have a lot of different voices and avatars.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some voices are really to robotic, and being limited to 6 slides does not make it easy to create presentation

Latency, it is way faster than before

How easy the system to use, like typing a text and the system will do the rest for us.

The probounciation of some character still not human based, it seems as robot, e.g. will avator look like a robot, while Laura is better.
