What do you like best about the product?
I was looking forward to the idea of developing videos without the full hassle of a production team
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few avatars that dont look, sound and feel natural. Our CEO is having second thoughts about this solution because of it. Can you guys improve those facial expressions?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the cost of a whole production team, time spent with execution. Hopefully, we can use this as a long-term solution

A disruptive and efficient communication tool
What do you like best about the product?
I do like Synthesia ease of use, the video creation pipeline approach and the constant new features added to the toolset.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to import external videos in templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time to delivery of my tutos is reduced, it is easy to create multilanguage content with avatars respecting users culture by using an avatar resembling their etnicity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
After only a couple of real tests, I found the best tool for my requirements. I will use it now as my preferred platform.
Amazingly effective video production software
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia offers an innovative solution for creating personalized video narration with minimal effort. The software is intuitive and easy-to-use. It enables a user to quickly add content in consumer and internal-facing use cases without a significant investment in video production and scripting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frankly, nothing! I'd love to see an automated way to create new characters
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to generate personalized video content where I couldn't before. It's enabling us to create new content channels and improve the way we disseminate product documentation internally.

I would strongly recommend you try the software because it will very likely find an immediate use for your business.
Great Video Design tool
What do you like best about the product?
Affordable, intuitive, and very responsive. The user interface offers many options so that we can refine our video creation in a short period of time. A generous selection of avatars!
What do you dislike about the product?
The moderation process needs to be improved to allow content creators to get videos rendered on time. In short, the moderation process is painfully slow creating a major setback for business outcomes.

Synthesia allows me to create instructional videos for my clients and also to facilitate my academic teaching duties. I enjoy the ample inventory of available avatars
Great experience with Synthesia
What do you like best about the product?
The audio tool, the easiness to correct mistakes, the alternatives for design.
What do you dislike about the product?
the price and the few options you offer to get licences. I would like to know if there's an alternative to the extreems you offer: 30 usd for a 10 mn video or 666/month for a full licence. I would be happy to pay something in the neighborhood of 30-50 for a service with some limitations.

So easy that I don't have to deal with actors, lighting and sound quality. The templates are great.

Not a dislike but going forward will need full body height actors.

Creating training videos and blog videos at super-quick speed.
Fantastic Tool
What do you like best about the product?
When creating content, it is imperative that you have clarity in the speaker's voice and diversity in the persona and do so within branding guidelines. Synthesia allows me to achieve both with our messaging and in multiple languages.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times I get a 99% error which usually resolves but has required support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving from editing hours of MP4 of our presenters and their 'umms' and other squirrel chasing random thoughts to clear messaging.
Great asset for digital marketing strategy
What do you like best about the product?
Save time, money, resources. Synthesia gives us the ability to create cost-effective, but very compelling advertisements explaining our software application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not found a downside to the software yet. We will continue using.

Putting a face in front of potential customers is key. Engagement rises when the potential customer can listen vs reading an article.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can utilize a different avatar for each of our courses that help clients immediately know what they will be learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
No actual dislikes, I would like to have an option to have more extensive training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are saving time and money by using an avatar instead of booking time with expensive team members and executives to create learning videos.
A life-changing software
What do you like best about the product?
It was very simple to understand the process of using Synthesia. I immediately recognized the value that Synthesia brings to our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The credits are expensive for bigger projects. Although it is fair for smaller, quicker projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating educational and informational video content both for internal company communication and external content for customers.
