What do you like best about the product?
This program was excellent. It provided a fantastic way to make idea to video translation. The product allowed me to cut my marketing budget in half. It outperformed my other methods of creating commercials. I was really impressed by the video and picture quality. I also liked the options to change the faces and voice of the actor. This product was as good as advertised. I really liked the AI video creation feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have liked to see more options for animating the backgrounds. I also struggled with the product. I wanted to create videos, but I would get stuck in the manual creation dashboard. I thought the voice-over was good, except it was monotone at times, and Synthesia actors struggled to pronounce words in my script. I would have liked to see a phonetic option to improve the script quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted to create unique and attention-grabbing marketing content. Synthesia gave me a way to produce high-quality marketing at a fraction of the cost. This allowed me to maintain high-quality marketing and branding while budgeting an affordable project.

Existing templates, animations, avatars, music. SOmewhat turnkey in creating a video. Responsive chatbot
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes a lot of learning about the functions. Requires upgrading and paying more to use a colleague as AI avatar. We are a small team so it would be ideal that my Creator account allows at least 1-3 personal avatars. Customer service to discuss enterprise account is slow.

Synthesia solves the need for costly video production by letting me create professional videos quickly from text scripts. It saves time, reduces production costs, allows easy multilingual content, and ensures brand consistency across all videos.
Amazing AI video creation software
What do you like best about the product?
It's quite easy to use. All you need to select is a template and an avatar, and you can start editing your videos. There aren't many technicalities or video editing expertise needed to edit the videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, just that I sometimes found AI avatars to be sounding over the top or super expressive. but overall great experience.

While Synthesia is very powerful, there are a few limitations. The customization options for avatars and gestures can feel a bit limited, so videos sometimes lack variety. Also, rendering times can be slower for longer projects. Finally, while the voices are impressive, some tones still sound slightly robotic in certain contexts.

In the past, creating training or marketing videos required filming equipment, editing skills, and presenters, which took a lot of time and budget. With Synthesia, we can generate videos in multiple languages, adapt scripts easily, and update materials without re-shooting. This makes it much easier to scale our communication and deliver consistent, engaging content to different audiences worldwide.

I think it would be nice to have some improvements in the way geisha and video uploads work. I've had issues where the process is not streamlined, which can become frustrating.

Easy intuitive fun and powerful with a wide range of characters backgrounds, music actions and languages to choose from. Creating my own avatar was fun and incredibly powerful to watch and listen to myself but also to others watching me!

The creation of my voice and my video was more challenging than we thought. Ultimately, we have to get a high resolution camera. For the Voice. we had to use 11 labs and a sound studio.

What impressed me most is how simple it is to generate a full video just from a script or even a short prompt. The templates make the process even easier, so you don’t need any video editing skills to produce something polished. It saves me hours compared to traditional video production. Overall, it’s a user-friendly, powerful tool that delivers impressive results.

Sometimes the voice options feel a little limited for certain tones or languages. In my particular case to dutch.
