Fantastic tool
What do you like best about the product?
This is the high-end service providing lots of languages and very natural audio/video
What do you dislike about the product?
Video editor is quite sluggish, and it would also be nice to have editable subtitles

Synthesia - Nothing Less Than A Wonder
What do you like best about the product?
It is a hard question -
From a huge variety of built-in Avatars to a wide array of languages to choose from makes this a perfect utility for people with zero background in graphics, animation, video making, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
Since this is a cloud-based solution, I felt a few times that there were some very minor delays. The product team must be continuously working on optimizing this wonderful solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem is already discussed under the DISLIKE question.
Benefits are:
- Extreme ease of use
- Ample built-in templates to choose from
- Large variety of built-in Avatars so you can pick 'that' one which looks like your community/geographic territory. I used it for Asian market (just to say)

Best idea for me as a video producer to create content without my face but some personal feeling.

I trust that will be in future some upgrades like two people on one presentation like interview or hand gestures

Public presentation is on the high level but I don't have to video myself, all is created in one software

I can create professional videos from text in 50+ languages. Synthesia saves my time and allows me to publish news faster and more frequently on social networks

It can be a bit long. It is also a bit expensive, but it is worth it

Publish videos quickly and easily. Avoid the tedious side of making videos for which you have to start over and over again

What do you like best about the product?
The embedded text to speech breaks and code options. This helps annunciate the message clearer in return sounding perfectly natural. Great Work!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there was a disconnect in Customer Care and an issue I had with getting locked out. They refunded my money (Which I did not want ) I wanted access to my account!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That Synthesia will allow mid-size businesses an opportunity to present their product, services or create influential training materials in a way that will be easily understood and at literally 1/8 of the cost and as quick as you can type or Vox transcribe.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend this Gem, I love the fact that Syntesia sets me apart from others. This time next year I am certain I won't be as successful and unique while using this platform by then others will be using it. For now, I wish I could keep this a secret yet; I wish Synthesia success and growth!

I have not found anything to dislike yet. Maybe the cost of getting my own avatar as a private (non-corporate) user.

The future of media
What do you like best about the product?
An app democratizing the future of video and media. Fast, versatile, intuitive and easy-to-navigate user interface. For someone like myself who is passionate about video, having used different products, this one is a favorite.
Not only does it let anyone produce an excellent talking head video in minutes, but it also does so much more. Multilingual text-to-speech with an increasing number of avatars that speak and act like an actual human. Or wait a second, they *are* in fact actual humans.
I am yet to test their API thoroughly, but from the initial presentation, it sounds powerful.
Also, they're rolling out new features all the time. Templates and animations, for one, allow users to make professional videos with no prior experience.
Combine this with Zapier and other automation tools, and you got yourself a professional, agency-grade video production platform.
One of the most exciting features, however, which I am looking forward to testing, is the custom avatar option.
And these are still early days. As the technology and the industry matures, it will become more and more powerful, with higher and higher quality until it's indistinguishable from the actual video.
Probably most encouraging is the team's commitment to delivering to the highest standard. This alone guarantees a world-class product.
