Super easy to use and intuitive platform
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia is incredible easy to use. The user interface is clena, intuitive, and makes the video creation process simple even for beginners. It doesn't take long to get the hang of things, and overall workflow feels smooth and efficient. Perfect for quickly creating professional-looking videos without any technical hassle
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the AI avatars could use improvement when it comes to facial expressions. A few of them can appear a bit flat or even unintentionally sad, which sometimes affects the tone of the video — especially for upbeat or high-energy content. More expressive and emotionally aligned avatars would make a big difference
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia solves the problem of time-consuming and expensive video production. Instead of hiring actors, setting up cameras, or dealing with post-production, we can create professional videos in minutes using AI avatars. A huge benefit for producing internal training materials, explainer videos, or quick updates - all without needing any video editing skills or production team. Efficient, scalable and keeps our content looking polished.
Easy to use experience, with great translation tool
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is super simple and it's easy to learn quickly. Especially the translation possibility is great! Good change to just regular icy human spoken videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the video view is too small when working with just a laptop. It takes quite a while to re-generate the videos even if just one word has been edited. It's hard to put multiple pictures in the same scene since they overlap while editing if they are coming into the scene at different times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the issue of people having to read long texts (that they don't end up reading). Now they can watch a fun video in their own language as well. We hope our videos will guide the user and they find helpful information from them. Also solving an issue of in-person trainings. We have created AI Avatar trainings and hope they will keep the audience engaged without the hassle of moving physically to a new place.

Text-to-speech and templates available were great.

The minutes provided for the business subscription were low for my needs.

The AI Avatar was great to resolve the filming process and retakes. The templates were useful but the audio flexibility could be better.
Best AI Avatar I've Seen
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use the platform, getting started is a breeze. And the AI avatars it produces are the best I've tried. The way the mouths and facial features move are very realistic. The customer service is also great, not only are there bot options but it's justas quick speaking to a live agent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the cost and pricing structure.

This gives us the opportunity to create video content with a person featured in a timely manner without having to track people down and record them on a set schedule.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use, great templates and top-notch voices and avatar quality. Very easy to create and download in different formats and file types.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little getting used to the User Interface, but once you get the hang of it, it's quite easy. I would like more font/ style options!

A groundbreaking AI tool
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia is an incredible AI tool that allows you to create professional videos in minutes – and what I find truly powerful is that you can easily translate them into different languages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the video pauses or the quality seems a bit low, but I’m sure there’s room for improvement and optimization

Working in a global company, I really value being able to create videos in different languages. And not having to spend time recording yourself is just brilliant!
