What do you like best about the product?

It's particularly effective in contexts where human presence matters, like explainer videos or internal training. Overall, Synthesia is a game-changer for anyone looking to streamline video production while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
What do you dislike about the product?
For small teams or individuals, the pricing can feel high, especially if only occasional videos are needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What I appreciate most is the time and resource efficiency—there's no need for editing software. The ability to quickly update scripts and regenerate videos makes Synthesia a perfect tool for dynamic content needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia is user-friendly and helps to expedite our content creation process. The video editing interface is easy to integrate into existing workflows and this tool has allowed us to spend less time in previsualization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI uncanny valley effect is still there, though there are constant improvements being made. The amount of generations and specifically the voice features are locked behind a paywall model that is not competitive when compared to open-source and lower-cost models that perform better for cheaper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia saves our team time in the previsualization process by expediting idea creation and art direction. We have spent less time in development stand-ups and more time executing ideas due to the speed with which Synthesia enables us to move.

The user interface is very easy to navigate. The pre set templates which are available to use create ease of access and makes the implementation process of the final product easy to integrate with the various options available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would not say dislike, rather improvements in the future with respect to more languages and matching avatars would be great to reach a broader audience and overcome the language barrier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The easy text to audio is a great benefit, including the very realistic avatar, makes content more engaging than text and audio only.

Synthesia is the best that I evaluated.
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Synthesia to create marketing videos. The system was easy to learn and I managed to create a decent video in about an hour and a really good simple video after a couple of hours.
The AI avatar is not perfect but it is very good.
I've still got a bit more to learn but 9 out of 10 in a score so for.

What do you dislike about the product?
There was a small intermittent bug when viewing the video which was a bit annoying but this happens from time to time with complex software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creation of marketing and online help videos.
Easy to use, but still fairly obvious it's AI

Super easy to make videos quickly and professionally. Lots of templates and customization available.

The avatars are quite obviously AI-generated and don't give the same feeling as a real actor

We typically hire a production company and actors to make videos. Synthesia provides an easier and more affordable option for smaller scale projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility in editing and fast video production. Also, a big choice of avatars in the library and the possibility to personalize them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The difference in 2 subscriptions (starter & creator) is very small, for example for 20 something euros more, you only get 2 personal avatars more and you don't have the possibility to personalize the "fake" avatars, which is for me, a basic feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Translation in multiple languages, time of production.

It was easy to use. No coding required...
What do you dislike about the product?
In an attempt to increase revenues, they are making it more difficult to remain at your current service level. Now I have to upgrade if I don't want to spend all day putting logos in each scene. As a proud capitalist, I get it. As a Synthesia customer, it seems cheap and easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did not have the ability to make videos of any kind. Now all we have to do is have ChatGPT write a script.

Synthesia is an AI video platform that has significantly eased my work in creating tutorials and corporate presentations. I chose it because I needed video content quickly, without having to film or edit personally.

For the demo version, few minutes of editing.
