Great platform to develop interactive videos with or without AI
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive dashboard design, easy to use, detailed features that allow you to customize the videos in many different ways, down to the volume and type of music that plays in the background. You can change the pronunciation of words, which is helpful when including medical terminology. It is neat that you can create your own avatar and have it speak different languages in your video - that is a helpful feature in ensuring your videos are easily accessible to students where English is not their primary language. The publishing of the MP4 and the VTT file that downloads with it are great and make publishing the videos on various platforms easier. Additionally, its helpful that we can create folders to organize the videos created.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a way to "add minutes" without having to adjust your membership, especially if your employer pays for your membership. They may not be able to provide the funds to increase your subscription to the next level. However, they may be able to afford a smaller purchase of adding minutes to the account. Additionally, I did find some challenges in publishing videos that contained medical information (for nursing students) with a Synthesia-provided Avatar. That was a significant learning curve for me, and I learned that I needed to use my own created Avatar in these circumstances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia is allowing us to create a visually engaging educational video for our students. You can upload your PPTs or documents and it will create an outline of the presentation for you which, for those who are not that creative, is beneficial because its starts that process so they do not have to. It has reduced voice-over PPT presentations from 1 hour in length to approximately 15 minutes, with the same amount of content being covered.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive, easy to use and, if you do encounter any issues, the chat function is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Larger videos can take a bit of time to render.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is mostly making our training videos look and sound a lot more professional.

What do you like best about the product?
It's been fun to use. It was easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I'm communicating with a global community, I wish my Avatar could deliver the message verbally in many different languages. Subtitles don't do it for me.

Explain in detail how new subscribers can use my product.

What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia brings up the AI-Presenter tool to a next level. It can easily be implemented in a virtual tour using the overlay menu of MPskin.com. Synthesia is affordable to smaller businesses. The support of Synthesia is great and makes working with it smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The speed adaptation of the artificial speakers should be implemented. This feature would bring Synthesia on a even higher level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes presenter solutions for my Matterport virtual tours affordable for my clients. This presenter tool is on a very high level

Ease of use, AI Features the range of Avatars and Voice Features.

The content policy is harsh and does not support all use cases.

Synthesia is helping us scale our video content creation across the data product suite.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to get videos from powerpoint in various languages.

No API support which makes it hard for us to scale across our customer base.

It is much faster to use Synthesia than it is to set up lights, cameras and record a subject.

Need to adapt French writing to avoid mispronunciation and some French voices do not seem to be truly real, including with French Canadian accent
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use video creator using text to speech. Using URL to our website enables create 80% quality content in a few minutes. Minor modifications required to have a good result.
