Synthesia for product promotion videos
What do you like best about the product?
After setting up an avatar, it is fast and easy to create new videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need ability to have avatars express different moods, speaking tones, and speaking speeds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Would like to see more abiltity to adjust avatar appearance, mood, speaking tone and speaking speed.

Punctuation was not easy to integrate, pause at the right lenght.

Shocking quality of avatars and voices!
What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of the avatars and the perfection and naturalness of the voices are nothing short of impressive! A great library of videos
What do you dislike about the product?
Synthesia has very strict content moderation. Too strict, to the point of rejecting my content based on what they deem appropriate without knowledge of the video's subject. Even after requesting a review, supported by research results, my content was denied, implying that I won't be able to make videos for my organization if the subject remains the same. This calls for attention from those interested in subscribing, as it is not clear until the moment you have already paid for your plan and encounter this problem.

What do you like best about the product?
Among the most practical features of Synthesia I like the wide range of realistic and high quality avatars to choose from, making it easy to adapt the message I want to convey in my creations according to the context. Also, it's great that I can adjust the tone in each segment of the video depending on how I edit the script text. And for any eventuality, it has well-structured tutorials available to get the most out of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
My experience with Synthesia has been almost flawless. When more complex questions arose, the online support was fast, knowledgeable and friendly, resolving my concerns without delay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia is constantly evolving, with continuous improvements in its capabilities. In the time I've been using it, I've been able to create engaging visual content without the need for complex production; instead of spending hours recording, editing and reviewing videos, I can now produce fully customizable and entertaining material in a matter of minutes.
Better videos in half the time
What do you like best about the product?
Not having to depend on one person, nor having to record hundreds of takes to produce videos, saves a lot of work time for the audiovisual creation department. And being able to have those videos in different languages with a single click is totally great!

In Spanish, the lip sync with certain words is still a bit awkward, but I'm sure it will improve in a short time.

It is very intuitive to use and it does not need any training. Just getting started and working on creating a video you can easily build up your skill level and in a short time, the videos are something you could only wish for a few years ago.

Sometimes they will have a seminar for a new feature and they don't make it clear that the feature is only available to the higher level membership plans.

without synthesia, we really would have no way to create such a clean comprehenive and professional suiote of both training and promotional videos.

Synthesia is easy to use, has all of the assets I need for video creation, and their customer service is unbeatable.

I would like it to have scorm capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I enjoy the professional look of sythesia and its avatars. I used a less robust tool before this and am glad I made the switch. I'm able to easily create videos that match my brand, and the avatars are personable and professional. I also really value the ability to access Getty images and video seamlessly while building. This cuts down on uploading my own stock videos and has been essential for efficiency.

The AI visual and the AI voice are still not completely sync - it is clear that this is not a real person
