Best use of AI i have found so far!
What do you like best about the product?
Game changing application, after months of lurking on the free version, I finally persuaded management to purchase a licence. blown away by not only the quality of videos, but the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
the video generation speed could do with improving. the editor is slightly difficult to gauge sometimes as the audio and visuals are shown, but the avatar is not moving, to view accurately I need to generate video, but then wait 20 minutes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team are quite camera shy, we have had a marketing campaign ready to go for some time, but not the actors to stand in front of camera to deliver. Synthesia has already changed this, and we have made 12 minutes of content already in the past week. this is a phenomenal improvement over where we were in the pipeline this time last week.
Easy to use and creates exceptional content
What do you like best about the product?
Its seamless design allows you to create content easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has limitations to what you can add or do. It would be great if we could have an option to explore designs from scratch to give it a more personalized touch.

It is helping me generate videos to explain my idea better.
Just started using Synthesia and am really liking what all it does
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can make training videos to send out. The choice of Avatars and set-ups are great. I am just starting to make my own avatars, so that is going to be fun and a new way to use this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the mouth seems a little off from the talking.

Training to go out when in person is not available and to communicate to peo[le out of the area

For simple talking Avatars Synthesia is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you run into an issue, it is hard to get support.
The AI chat is not very smart at all and gives the most basic of advice or advice that doesn't apply. You can ask it a very specific question giving it the exact error you are getting and it will spit out a bunch of suggestions for completely different error messages.
The videos sometimes come out with a stutter like a bad zoom call and you have to regenerate them again using up your minutes.
For the basics the interface is easy but selecting when there are multiple objects and other more complex builds, it is not so easy.
The videos can be published through Synthesia in different languages and embedded in your website but there is no dashboard for seeing the views - you have to go into each video individually.

Good for creating talking head and explainers that may need to be updated and changed - just change the text rather than having someone rerecord the video.
not happy with pricing plan
What do you like best about the product?
The application has proven to be extremely effective usefule and simply to use. the result are video extremely well done.
What do you dislike about the product?
to the point that we have started producing over 20 videos for our company. However, this has made it necessary to upgrade our subscription plan. Our intention was to invest in a package with more minutes, but the only option available beyond the "Creator" plan (€700 per month) is the "Enterprise" plan, which costs a staggering €9,000 per month, with no intermediate options.
This lack of flexibility in pricing represents a significant issue, limiting scalability for companies like ours that need a moderate increase in resources without having to face such a disproportionate cost jump. The absence of mid-tier plans seems unreasonable and penalizing for those who want to invest more but cannot justify such a high expense.

Easy to use - Lots of options and features that are fairly intuitive.

Hard to get timing correct on video to script linkages, Can stop working mid editing and have to reload

The interface is easy to use and the templates mean you can get up and running quickly. I also like the fact that you can duplicate and edit the videos accordingly.

No ability to buy extra minutes. We have maxed our two accounts for a client. I have contacted sales to see what can be offered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia allows us to create customised content for clients, based on the service and the location of the customer. We can create a primary video for a service, and then role it out to different locations with ease. The avatars are professional, and they sound and look realistic, so it perfectly suits the requirements of my client.
This has enabled a better customer conversion rate because the content is tailored for the end user, and doesn't look generic.

What do you like best about the product?
It is nice that they offer avatars with different shot angles, makes it easier to create convincing videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Voices still sound a bit robotic, they could be improved. And the editing setup is not as user friendly as other platforms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the problem of creating adverts fast and reduces the budget. We can make more for less money.

Doesn't seem to be consistent. Videos suddenly cannot be edited, videos suddenly are flagged and rejected for NO reason
