Great tool to spice up your presentations
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia provides an easy way to add a wow factor to my presentations, particularly if I want to send them instead of presenting them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is expensive and the licensing model is quite limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia provides an easy way to spice up a presentation.
Best product for creating training videos and other marketing media.
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is simple. Easy script entry! Easy implementation. Its my first consideration when i'm developing coursework that integrates videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I have to spend my time on other projects than integrating Synethesia videos.

Synethesia provides a concise and easy to use platform to develop content for training videos and course work for students.
Synthesia is amazing, but there's room to improve...
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create impressive, amazing videos in a short space of time. Good customer service. Good turnaround/response time. Amazing range of videos and images you can use and able to upload our own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the avatars look more realistic than others; some look very obviously fake. Room for improvement in terms of interactivity, quizzes, polls, reporting, etc.

A brilliant professional business video making tool that will save you literally days of time!
What do you like best about the product?
Support is excellent for answering questions and helping you get up and running. The system is very easy to implement, and the interface is incredibly user-friendly. You can create professional-looking videos quickly, especially with the AI content feature and a few minor tweaks afterward.
For me, one of the greatest benefits is that once the video is produced, the content can be easily updated if it becomes out of date due to changes in policy, product names, features, or processes. Using the traditional method, you would need to re-record the entire script with a presenter. Now, it's just a matter of spending a few minutes updating the script and regenerating the video.
The personal avatar feature produces flawless video representations of me, which is both truly amazing and a little unsettling at the same time. What I love about Synthesia is that they moderate videos before they are generated. At first, I found this delay inconvenient, but after using the tool, I now understand the importance of this step. Synthesia should be commended for taking responsibility to prevent the misuse of this tool, which could otherwise be easily abused without moderation. Excellent work!

What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are blocked on the lower packages, which doesn’t make sense to me. It would be better to offer these features as pay-as-you-go add-ons, allowing users to choose what they need. For example, the custom voice feature.
The custom avatar is excellent, but I’m from the North East of England, and I have a regional accent. While the personal avatar produces a British accent, it gave me a southern accent, which was a bit strange but also quite funny. That said, the video representation of me is flawless.
I just want to highlight that producing only a few videos a month doesn’t mean you don’t want them to be the best they possibly can be. It’s highly unlikely we would upgrade to an enterprise package just for that feature, so there’s a missed commercial opportunity here. Offering lower usage customers the ability to access these features as seamless add-ons could generate more revenue while enhancing the user experience.

Time saving. It simply wouldnt be possible to do this without this tool, we are very excitied about the possible usage of this for many areas in our business.

What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia helps make creating content and videos easy. The AI helps but worth spending time on prompt or script before creating. Also worth considering uploading video clips and photos although access to online videos/photos is helpful. Would be good to see AI assist in making sure videos/photos are auto fitted/auto optimised

Sometimes my avatar voice/visual don't sync very well and would be good to be able to tell avatar what expressions/hand gestures can do..

What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia greatly reduces the amount of time I spend designing a creating training videos. I can take any script or work instruction and instantly transform it into engaging content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am having a little trouble creating my personal avatar. I think some guidelines would be helpful. I have deleted 3 so far because I have been a little too expressive with my face. If I could see myself while I was recording the script, it might be a little easier.

The amount time time and the amount of people needed to create instructional videos has greatly reduced.
Sythesia- A must have tool for small and mid size businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia makes producing high quality, AI and digital Avatars easy to produce. For almost any business scenario such as Elevator Pitch, Business Status, Marketing Pitch, Financial review etc, instead of a powerpoint slide deck, imagine being able to send out a great video, or to embed on your company site. Its easy to use and simple admin console makes editing a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't really complain other than the generation queue could be a little faster. It takes me 12 minutes to generate a new video and would like to see that faster.

Create videos easily with zero knowledge of video making
What do you like best about the product?
It was really easy to learn and work with for someone like me who doesn't have any skill in video making. Also they have a knowledge base as well as training webinars to help you work with the software but it's really easy, fast and you will be amazed of the result. I had to create a marketing video as well as instructional videos for my company and I was worried about how to do it. because editing a video and synchronizing the sound is really difficult. It was really easy to do it in synthesia and my boss liked the video I created. It was like a professional video.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like all its features although there is still room to grow. for example you ahve the ability to add a video from internet to your own video but maybe you want to zoom in or zoom out, you don't have that option. Also some great features are only available in enterprise level pricing plan.
