Based on my initial experience, proven to be an excellent tool for streamlining the sales process.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like its structure and how easy it is to edit and rearrange content. The stock libraries are excellent, it’s simple to get up and running, and the customer support has been solid.

What do you dislike about the product?
I've occasionally found it cumbersome to move objects around on slide pages. I was also initially confused about how video minutes are allocated—I wasn’t aware that three free generations were included. I also don't love the fact that if you want to adjust one small thing in a video that's already generated, you have to go back, edit it, then generate it again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making marketing content much easier to pump out at scale.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using it for over a quarter now and the experience has been great. The tool is fairly simple and ease to use, not much of a learning curve needed. Our video turn around times from script to final output has drastically increased after we've starting using synthesia and our dependency on product folks for creating technical videos and demos also has greatly reduced.
What do you dislike about the product?
Indian faces and voices are fewer when compared to others but this is not a deal breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating product demo videos using AI Avatars instead of relying on product teams to do a screen recorded videos. Using synthesia has reduced our dependency, increased turn around time on videos and we are able to scale at a faster pace.

It never made my custom avatar. And I didn't like that I couldn't use your avatars for promotional materials.

Simple, Powerful and Fun
What do you like best about the product?
I learned how to create a high quality video in less time than any other video editor I've used before. I also find that it's super easy to share and use the videos from the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
At my level of a very small business, there are no branding kit features so I have to insert branding each time I create a video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of taking a long time to create a video.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides more than 200 different Avatars for talent in the videos I make. Anyone of whom will speak in any of 80 languages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The preview mode I use after I create a video doesn't let me stop part way through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to use co-workers as talent in our videos, which meant re-takes due to some of the technical terms in the script. I used an iPad based telepromter to help, but still needed frequent re-takes. With Synthesia, once the script is uploaded, there are no mistakes.
Time saver
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive and so well thought out. The fact that I can create libraries of frequently-used images and video clips saves so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of is silly, really: Synthesiat defaults to British English for avatars. I'd love to use the British accents, but our product is sold only to companies subject to U.S. regulations, so it wouldn't make sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The videos we create free up time that our staff would otherwise have to devote to demonstrate our software. We've created smaller tech support vidoes that also help free up customer support time.

What do you like best about the product?
It is time and cost-efficient, allowing me to create an avatar in less than two hours. I used it immediately in several languages (I find this a fantastic feature) based on content input as text. The interface is user-friendly and quite intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not find out how to shorten gaps between sentences in less than one minute:). It is not apparent what 10 minutes are counted (I thought the count is for the published videos, the length of all published videos).

I tried quite a few platforms berofe Synthesia, each one good at one thing and missing another. So far it is the only one combining everything I need to create my videos. User friendly, excellent customer support, so far it helps me create the content I need easy and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't figured out an option to stack video from its stock sources in one scene. I will be reaching out to customer support for that, since I don't have time to do all the trainings they offer or rearch for the option, if available.

It takes some time to tweak the pauses to get fluid Avatar movements.
