Synthesia makes it easy to create high quality content.
What do you like best about the product?
This platform has been so helpful for practitioners who don't have a background in design/production to create incredibly high-quality content that is engaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve, especially with creating a personal avatar, but with some trial and error, we were able to produce a very convincing talking head.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has saved us thousands if not hundreds of thousands of $$ in production costs.

What do you like best about the product?
How responsive it is to the prompt, how natural the video looks and the fast creation. I recommend it for sure!
What do you dislike about the product?
The free trial could be longer, and the features for Portuguese language need to be improved to have the same performance that english language has

It's very powerful and easy to use. It requires a couple of day to be operative and to produce a great work.

There are a lot of possible options to choose. It would be better to have a mechanism capable of searching better among the different options

What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia is its user-friendly interface and the ability to quickly create professional, AI-generated videos without the need for expensive equipment or advanced editing skills. The platform saves me a lot of time while delivering high-quality results. It's an incredible tool for a content creator like me. I love its ease of use very much.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the time I have had good experience with Synthesia. However, it would be better if the loading speed is faster (I'm not sure it was because of my internet connection or not) and the customer support is more helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Synthesia, I have reap a number of benefits such as high-quality training video production, quick production time, cost saving, less equipment investment, and less skill demanding.
Good tool for video creation
What do you like best about the product?
The good thing about Synthesia is that it is easy to use, and it has various animations and templates so that the video looks professional without much effort. Obviously, the biggest differentiator of Synthesia is the avatars, which add a lot of value to the video. The customer support is very good as well, they respond promptly and solve your problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it happens that the avatars say something or make expressions in a strange way, but by adjusting the script a little, it gets resolved. It happens rarely anyway, and I'm sure it will continue to improve as technology advances. The results are very good anyway, and the avatars give that distinctive touch to the videos, which makes them stand out more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't think Synthesia has problems, but rather areas for improvement. The expressions of the avatars, their voices, adding more animations, etc. I believe it can always be improved.
Saved me so much money but more so time
What do you like best about the product?
I run a sales training business all video content, Synthesia has saved me so much time and money as I dont need to hire a person infront of the camera, editors and software. I used to do the videos myself and the editing took so long especially if I made mistakes etc. Synthesia is perfect for my organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Im not a fan of each slide having to be a maximum of 5 minutes, I do wish that wasnt restricted. Also, the name Synthesia, I have recommended you guys out and when I say the name they go 'who?' or 'how do you spell that'. Its not the easiest company share around but I know that cant be changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating training videos, all i need to do is write the script and off we go. Before had to set camera's up, rehearse, make sure we made no mistakes, edit and upload. Even if a mistake crops up after we have completed a syn video, we can edit and republish within a few seconds.
The best AI-generated avatar tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about this tool is the wide variety of presenters or virtual avatars it offers. It's very intuitive, making it easy for new users to get started. Once you learn how to make the most of it, you'll discover even more benefits for any project. There are other tools out there, but none like this one. It doesn't matter what language the text is in—the lipsync of this tool is unmatched, perfectly aligning the voice with the lip movements. Plus, it comes with extra features that help you create full videos directly within the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool has several areas for improvement, such as allowing users to upload their own GIFs or use ones from stock websites. Currently, if you do so, it adds a background instead of keeping it fully transparent in PNG format, as it doesn't support the .MOV format. It also still needs to improve pronunciation for certain words, though with a few tricks, you can work around this issue quite a bit (from my perspective, as someone who frequently uses Spanish). I’d love to see more animation options for elements or greater versatility overall, as well as more avatars with a Latino appearance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The use of virtual actors is a game-changer. If I need to make changes or avoid the hassle of long recording sessions, I don’t have to worry about someone mispronouncing something during filming. There’s no need to re-record with a person—the adjustment is made quickly. This is the biggest advantage and benefit.

Synthesia takes the guesswork out of AI. With easy templates and easy to use software, I could use this everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the avatars and voices can come across a bit robotic. It tends to lack human emotion which can lead to the video feeling impersonal.

Synthesia helps solve the problem of creating professional, engaging video content quickly and affordably without needing advanced technical skills or on-camera talent.
Excellent AI video creation tool, with a few quirks
What do you like best about the product?
Fast and easy to create AI video content, with a bunch of template options, avatars and voices available for use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The movement of the facial expressions still needs some work. It looks like the avatars are at times nodding no when they should be reinforcing content that is being spoken with a more positive facial expression,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using it to help introduce learning content early in alongside creating explainer videos for our new LMS system.
