Save money and time with Synthesia
What do you like best about the product?
When I found out about Synthesia I was skeptical about the idea of AI being able to generate the video. But when I started using it - I fell in love with it. The most important advantages for me:
1) It is easy to use. I am not a very experienced video editor, but I quickly understood what to do with Synthesia.
2) It is pretty flexible on price. What I mean by that is that you can generate at least one video on a free basis. But if you want more features, you need to buy them. But again - the price is not very high. A professional video editor and actor who can read the text on a camera will cost you much more.
3) Customer support is quick and helpful. I have lost access to my account and they helped me to log in even though I haven't paid any money for the subscription yet.

What do you dislike about the product?
1) I don't really understand how many video generation minutes will be accounted for when I generate video. Is there any formula? For me, this system is not obvious.
2) Pauses between scenes sometimes are too big and I don't know how to reduce them.
Anyway, I will still use Syntesia because the advantages are much, much bigger.

In a few words - it saves money because you don't need pay to professional sctors and narrators.

What do you like best about the product?
High quality video's, easily made in no time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Mix of features in different membership packages, might force you to pay a lot more than what you need!

Taking away the complexity of traditional video production and the extreem budgets and time needed
I have enjoyed using the software and it looks very professional.

The simplicity of the interface and sleek look of the result.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that all of the avatars don't lip sync as well and I especially don't like that the minutes you purchase do not roll over.

Fast, fast, fast! The program is allowing me to create content much fast and make quick Avatar changes for new products or new audiences.
Easy to create simple videos
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it is to use the AI Avatars to narrate a video. Filming even a short 'talking head' video was costly and complicated for us before Synthesia. The support is quick and the one issue I had was resolved quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like there to be more animation options for an image, such as zoom in and highlighting certain areas of the screen while the Avatar is talking.

Helps us create use case videos without a high production cost.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and qulaity of content being created is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
The platfom needs more features such as animations that would make presneting more effective. Also more shapes to choose from and the colour scheme is no good for colourblind people to choose the right colours for thier videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employee enegagement is key to Synthesia, it is far more effective to create and upload videos for our workforce then producing paper based information.

Love it! I have to create videos quite often. Being able to reuse and edit slides is a big help!

Nothing! Pretty easy to use. I have more to discover but love what I have so far!

Shocking quality of avatars and voices!
What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of the avatars and the perfection and naturalness of the voices are nothing short of impressive! A great library of videos
What do you dislike about the product?
Synthesia has very strict content moderation. Too strict, to the point of rejecting my content based on what they deem appropriate without knowledge of the video's subject. Even after requesting a review, supported by research results, my content was denied, implying that I won't be able to make videos for my organization if the subject remains the same. This calls for attention from those interested in subscribing, as it is not clear until the moment you have already paid for your plan and encounter this problem.
