The continue update and support from the custoemr care team and the development team. Quality of the output

There are some limitations due to avatar use for some topics. You can be sorted out with a bigger subscription level. Obviously, depends on your needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The speed of video release, quick from the idea to the output. Even the language and the different voice speed up the business video processor for your video marketing team.
So far it has been amazing. Synthesia is a game changer in this era of AI

The most exciting thing is to be able to generate the personal avatars which is capable of speaking in 30+ languages

Sometimes the login issues are disturbing a bit.

Synchronizing screen recordings or videos is not working optimal currently and requires a decent amount of trial and error.

There are a lot of add-ons; it’s rather like an Apple iPhone shopping cart upgrade. You add this and that, and before you know it, the cost of use can increase significantly. However, when comparing other AI creation tools, the basic offerings and costs are not too bad overall.

It simple - its really like setting up a Powerpoint presentation.

I'd like to see more gestures in avatars.

Makijg it super simple to post-edit, without the hasle of need to record again with real people.

I was able to create 20 training videos in a small fraction of the time it would have normally taken.

Getting the tone of the voice "just right" in the text audio output, takes some finessing. I learned to tweak punctuation, and phrasing to get the exact tonality I expected.

It made it possible to create valuable training content in a fraction of the time, and budget, it would have normally taken.
Going From Great to Greater - Fast!
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia is very easy to use and the Expressive Avatars are getting even better very quickly. Better lip-sync, conversational avatar scenes, and more flexible personal avatars are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still hoping for granular control of body gestures and voice inflections. Having some ability to edit/tweak videos (HeyGen) would be helpful to clean up little glitches or to add fades at the beginning or end of a video would help avoid the need to use a second program. More step by step printed instructions would be good. The video "how-to's" aren't much help when you're stuck trying to figure something out. Fortunately Synthesia is pretty intuitive for most things.

Eliminating the hardware hassle of videography, and the frustration of numerous "takes" for even simple videos.
