A solution that has saved me dozens of hours and effort.
What do you like best about the product?
It was a revelation to me that you can create a video and a presentation together, still with your face. It's just magic.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as easy as it may initially seem. The process of creating the presentation and the text was difficult for me. But I have no complaints about the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to create 5 videos for our platform where we explain step by step how to use our service. In order to create such a video without Synthesia, I would have to write text for all the videos at once, think about animation, contact a video studio where we would shoot these videos for several hours. And then wait a month for me to make a video with animation. After that, there are usually edits.... And all of this would have to be done in at least two languages. Thanks to Synthesia, I did it all 10 times faster, in three languages, and most importantly, I was able to edit the videos during the creation process.

It’s user-friendly and speeds up the video production process, making it incredibly easy to generate high-quality content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform does have some limitations. It lacks advanced editing features like transitions, so I often need to use another video editing tool alongside Synthesia to fine-tune clips and compile them into the final product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No need to shoot people for content - that used to be a long and tough process. AI Cloning is even a great feature.

It has completely transformed the way we present content, especially when dealing with more complex or traditionally "boring" material. The platform makes it so much easier to engage audiences, as video has become the most effective medium for content consumption today. Whether you're looking to simplify intricate concepts or breathe life into less exciting topics, Syntheisa elevates the experience and delivers exceptional results every time.

While I absolutely love what Syntheisa offers, one challenge I’ve faced isn’t with the platform itself, but rather with having enough time to fully explore its capabilities. Additionally, getting some clients to embrace new technology can be a hurdle. However, with the incredible advancements Synthesia continues to make, this gap is becoming easier to bridge every day. Their innovation makes it simpler to show clients the undeniable value of personalised, engaging content.

What do you like best about the product?
I recently had the chance to use Synthesia's AI-generated video content creation software, and I'm very impressed with its capabilities. The software's user-friendly interface and intuitive design make it easy to create professional-looking videos without extensive technical knowledge. The quality of the AI-generated video content is impressive, and the ability to seamlessly personalize videos for different audiences is a huge plus.
The videos I created easily integrated with the eLearning authoring tool I was using. Another win!

What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect that could be improved is the expansion of the available customization options, such as the ability to fine-tune facial expressions and gestures of the AI-generated characters. Additionally, while the multilingual support is great, further language options would make the software even more versatile for a global user base.

Synthesia is easily adding an engaging element to our eLearning courses. Reaching learners who are both auditory and visual is important as learner support is high on our list!
Saves time in creating top notch learning and development videos!
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia has made it easy to develop professional quality training videos using AI voice technology and automation functionality. Employees at our company call it "polished" and "professional".
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not able to export to PowerPoint. When copying text to Word, Synthesia markup code copies as well. It would be ideal to have more formatting features comparable to MS PowerPoint. The voice did not sync with the Avatar. I would like to speak to a real customer service person by phone. It is difficult to get pricing for more than 360 minutes.

the ease to use and the broad alternatives. Even the option for the creation of an avatar of myself

When I want to review my slides, it always starts from the first slide, even though I probably want to browse through the last one.., a bit tricky. Of course, I can go through and click forward on the playback bar.. but not very intutive

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is how intuitive Synthesia is. It is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trimming saved videos could be better. It is a little too small.

I needed to make several explainer videos for our software and Synthesia was the perfect solution.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to change, not only avatars ... but the voice and inflection they use made my videos come out great, very relastic!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only one thing ... for some reason when you add your own text to the screen, there is no cursor. So I thought it wasn't working. But the support tesam got back to me quickly and let me know ... "just start typing"

Cost for voice actorsa can be very expensive by comparison. And even then ... trying to get them to tweak something about the way somethiing is said can be daunting. With Synthesia I found this quite simple.
Waste of Time Unfortunately
What do you like best about the product?
The ai voices are very good, that's about it unfortunately.
What do you dislike about the product?
They say you can make videos in about 15 minutes but it also takes them 24 hours to manually review and approve each video you create. I tried to create training videos for company employees and the videos kept getting flagged by Synthesia as fake news or something. Very frustrating to put the time into this only for them to not approve the videos for a bizarre reason. After denying the video they also refused to issue a refund. So they take your money and then refuse to provide service.
