Quick Effecient and Professional
What do you like best about the product?
Professional looking content, easy to customise, and plenty of options, allow the user to exercise the creative 'talent'! The customer support is fast, friendly and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of at the moment, I have not come across something I can't solve and a feature I wish it had.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding variety to my content at a reasonable cost. I can introduce content, use it for trailers and intro/outro to showreels. Moves content to a new level
It is simple, sleek and intuitive.

Language translations for multiple languages. We operate in four countires so this simplifies our preocess.

Video editing is nevery easy. Some of the templates are hard to integrate.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I really appreciate about Synthesia is the variety of customizable avatars and voice options it offers. It’s great to have so much flexibility to create videos that truly feel personalized and professional. The AI technology behind the scenes does an impressive job, making sure the videos look fantastic and communicate messages clearly and effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
occasionally the visual components can freeze or lag, which can be a bit disruptive. Despite this minor issue, the overall experience has been positive, and the benefits of the platform outweigh these occasional glitches.

Less time on onboarding for Customer Service, interactive presentations
I love the new AI functionality. It is quite amazing.
What do you like best about the product?
Rather than a boring Powerpoint with a voice over. AI made them into a professional education video that was engaging and informative. It showcased the tools that I hadnt learned yet as well andrapidly upskilled my other videos. I actually went back to old projects and remade them as it was so much better. Very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Steep learning curve but thats only because it does so much and you need to rethink how you do learning modules with all of this new functionality. Time to level up your skillset

online learning modules. Rather than filming and editing and outsourcing we can create this all in house and update as needed.
Helpful in Every Way
What do you like best about the product?
I am beyond happy with Synthesia and its ability to enhance my company's blog posts tenfold. It makes the content more fun and engaging for readers, and it's still easy for me to implement, as someone who isn't a video creator. If you're looking to improve your blog posts in unique ways, these videos are the way to do it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The actual AI avatars often end up looking quite funky when generated, so I only rely on voice overs for my videos. I think that could be improved. Also, the pronunciation and pausing that the avatars take can be unnatural; I've often found that it sounds like they are about to start another sentence but don't, and I assume my viewers also notice that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia is helping me and my company with our low engagement rates within blogs. Once we started implementing these videos, the time that people spent on our pages skyrocketed, and our engagement rates have improved significantly, too.

What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia has made our video creating workflow so much simpler. It was very easy to get started on the software and generate a video in a matter of minutes. The built in examples really fast track creating content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there were more AI personalities to choose from that support the new version. They look so much more lifelike then the older AI.

Not having to work around people schedules to film, edit and re-film content. Its super easy to generate and get the final result the first time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the creation and editing features are not the best on the platform, but they are improving every month. I believe this is part of the process towards greater maturity. A significant positive aspect is that the support team is very responsive and attentive to user feedback.

Faster and cheap than regular studio, however need knowhow to deal with creation.

It's very easy to create videos with this solution; it feels almost like creating a presentation in Google Slides or PowerPoint.

What do you dislike about the product?
Speech pronunciation in languages other than English can sometimes sound robotic or mispronounced. I've noticed this with Spanish, and it sounds quite unnatural.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to present results in more varied ways. Instead of scheduling meetings or sending text-based reports, I can have an avatar present the information more dynamically.

What do you like best about the product?
I've only been using Synthesia for a relatively short time but I love it so far. The Avatars, when they speak, are so life-like and the speech is almost perfect.
I find Synthesia very easy to use, and I use it a few times per week. The trial period is generous and the Starter Plan I'm on is fairly reasonable.

What do you dislike about the product?
Besides pauses, there doesn't seem to be any other way to control the speech, like emphasising words, speed of speech, etc.
I would prefer a usage-based system of paying, eg. credits, rather than a monthly subscription. There may be months where I don't use it at all.

Synthesia is enabling me to include a human-like character in various content rather than recording myself, which I prefer not to do.
