Great for instructional videos
What do you like best about the product?
Templates, easy to use, personal avatar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Voice and intonation use sometimes hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Synthesia to develop training videos with my personal avatar and voice. It saves a lot of time and money and the results are good enough for the purpose. I am happy with it.
Amazing software for creating business videos
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia is very easy to use and also easy to integration. It's a variety on options for a very good price. Also the customer service is acting friendly and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm missing video options, where can tell an emotional story with different short videos in one video ad, like ai.invideo.io is providing it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me a lot of time and money, to create quiet easy ans fast company videos

The ease of use and the AI TTS + avatars are a great win for Synthesia
What do you dislike about the product?
Although they deliver updates quite often, the inability to edit powerpoint files directly in the UI is something that bothers me. Feedback regarding this was provided, and they listen and act on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building new content with Synthesia is very fast and easy. We can create content that usually takes 1-2 weeks in a matter of days.
Synthesia has a great UI with easy to use features.

The user interface is very easy to use and has great capabilities to make professional presentation videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of minutes, I believe 10 minutes at the price point is quite steep.

Honestly, there are very few things we don't like. Perhaps if it were a bit more affordable, it would help startups like ours a little more.

Leverage AI to generate professional training videos in a quick and fairly efficient manner
What do you like best about the product?
The learning curve is not too steep. It's fairly easy to build/create videos. Some of the avatars look and sound very human-like and natural. The readily available video templates will come in handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Might be due to company firewall for AI-based softward/sites, but I frequently get timed out when it edit mode. Also, if videos require manual moderation, you may not be able to generate and download a timely video if needed in an urgent situation.

The time it takes to build professional training videos, from weeks to days, if not hours. Also, less reliance on other traditional video content creation software, which is more expensive and has a steeper learning curve.
