Perfect time saving solution
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love using Synthesia! My company recently transitioned from another AI tool, and the switch was incredibly smooth. It took me less than an hour to get everything up and running. The templates provided a great starting point, making the process even easier. Within just one week, I was able to create over 20 videos, ranging from full tutorials with screenshots to concise 2-minute explainer videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything, but I would love to see more templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia has cut my design time in half, giving me more time to work on other projects.

Quite easy to produce good quality videos and script them as you need.

Needs some further improvements on the character voice and facial expression options.

Easy to present our content without having to know anything about video editing.

What I liked about synthesia is the simplicity of using the platform, it is very intuitive. If you are a novice user, it will not cost you anything to learn how to use the platform, but it is always good to learn about all the potential that you can get from this platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
The video time in relation to the value, that is, they discount minutes of use even if you do not use the full minute, should be discounted for what is actually used and not round the time up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are implementing the use of company brand colors, this is very good since it is not necessary to use the color palette to be able to use the institutional colors.

The possibility of using diversity through people and voices.

It still has its limitation and it would be great having an option to apply for a healthcare certificate for its usage.

What do you dislike about the product?
If I could suggest an improvement, it would be to enable the integration of vector illustrations to create animated-style videos. I’ve tried Powtoon and other software for this purpose, but they aren’t accessible for people without experience in this area.

I tried making tutorials without Synthesia, recording myself in one take, but it was really challenging because I couldn’t make any mistakes.
Synthesia saves me a huge amount of time and energy.
Instead of spending an entire day on one tutorial, I can now make three or even four!

Putting me at ease when generating video
What do you like best about the product?
It's the best video generation tool I have used so far. The ease of use and the speed of video generation is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
The voices and sound from the avatar must be further improved. There are instances where video under review does not generate any sound of voices of the avatar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I personally couldn't generate video at the level of quality Synthesia can. From the avatar, their voices, tone, the script and template...etc are tools that help me to generate a video that is of acceptable level. The speed of generating the video is also really fast, and it allows for editing. I am relatively new to Synthesia, but I am sure I am going to discover even more benefits from Synthesia - especially the translation part.

Synthesia is a fantastic tool to use when delivering effective, actionable trainings to my clients. It's easy to use, easy to pick up, and the customer support is second to none, with 24/7 availability.

The pronounciation algorithm needs work.

They're saving me time and effort while retaining high quality products.
