Awesome Product and Great For Rapid Growth
What do you like best about the product?
The customization and professional look/sound of the end products are next level and easy to use and place wherever you need. The quick ways to duplicate the videos and tweak/craft to my liking is amazing and can be used for a huge amount of end results.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure can be a bit confusing and hard to grasp. Once you get close to wanting to use Enterprise features, the price shoots way higher.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales and training video creation on a massive scale.
Great AI tool for creating content
What do you like best about the product?
The custom avatar & AI video assistant are such easy & great assistence while generating video for any topic or page you have, and using your own custom avatar with your voice is so mind blowing. We are creating multiple product explainer videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Synthesia should consider adding more asian languages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia has enabled us to generate videos on any topic with no model needed, no camera man needed. No extensive post processing is needed at all.
Synthesia has revolutionized our video creation process.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to create great videos in a fraction of the time it would take in other video tools. I really like the expressive avatars, multiple natural sounding voices and international accents. The publish feature is also great. I don't need to download the videos anymore.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, not a lot. I would like more shapes, and the ability to rotate shapes. It would also be great if the time to render the videos were reduced. Finally, I really with the one-click translation was in the Creator account as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an agency, we prepare a lot of proposal and bids to get new work. I think including a customize pitch video in the proposals has increased our success rate.
I have been using Synthesia for over 3 years now with top results throughout that whole period.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how much you can do with it. The selection of avatars and voices is vast and allows for a wide variation of video production. The customer support service is phenomenal!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the lip sync is a little out but other than that I have had no issues.

It provides differentiation of learning.
Expressive avatars and user friendly editing
What do you like best about the product?
You can create a professional video in just minutes, with avatars that are becoming more expressive and natural all the time. The ability to 'clone' yourself and create a custom avatar to front more personalized videos is excellent. I find the editing interface user-friendly and somewhat more nuanced than some other platforms I've used. And I LOVE that Brandfetch (logo library) has been integrated. This is a game-changer in terms of time and effort saved.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that I have to reproduce the entire video even for small edits, using valuable minutes. I get why, but it's frustrating. I would like to see more originality in the digital assets (contemporary subjects, continuity in narratives). And I would like to see more avatars representing mature and older demographics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia is a great way for me to be able to make videos without having to film a thing. Quick, convenient, and effective. However, I have yet to find the perfect 'front-man' solution and hope to generate a suitable digital twin. Still experimenting.

In my experience with AI video creation tools, I have found that Synthesia stands out as the top choice. Its quality, lip-syncing, and overall performance make it the most impressive option available.

Great Workflow with Multi-Lingual Options
What do you like best about the product?
I like the workflow, it's nice and easy, making it simple to use regularly. I also love the multi-lingual features that enable me to use a single product to reach multiple audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Synthesia does not allow me the ability to control the speed of speech.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia is helping us create human avatars quicker and cheaper than the alternative, which would be using humans.
Easy work flow and great quality!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that I can do a LOT of editing before spending my minutes. I really get to see a lot prior to making the final version. The qualtiy of the videos and access to the b-roll makes great videos and the best AI profiles that I have found online (and I have looked a lot!). It is super easy to use, even without advanced editing skills. It was very easy to intregrate the use into our workflow! Overall I am very happy with the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The minutes are VERY limiting for larger use cases. I'm almost afraid to use the minutes and the unlimited is too costly. You either only need it for a couple things or be all in money wise. It isn't ideal for the mid-level user/ solo owner without being very cautious on time use. I use it pretty frequently, but only time will tell how big of a limitation the lack of unlimited video access will be. Sales was a little hard to get a hold of on the customer support aspect, but once I got a hold of them they were very informational!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting the time to video people and then editing is hard. Being able to do it all at once is wonderful!

What do you like best about the product?
Im setting up a new L&D company, looking for a AI tool that can help me speed up content development to engage customers and stakeholders. Came to know Synthesia and start trying out 2 months back.
I must say I'm impressed with the recent video presentation by your CEO explaining about where synthesia os going. The presentation was very well structured and engaging. I came from a large MNC background where content and structure are upmost important to deliver an impactful message.
Back to the tool, I'm also impressed with the amount of knowledge base you have, again well structured and backend staff are also very helpful and prompt in answering my doubts.
Overall, I'm happy with synthesia product and support. Keep up!

What do you dislike about the product?
Well, one thing where there is still room for improvement is your personal Avatar creation. Recently had slight disappointment on the delay of over 1 week for my personal avatar creation. Which I believe your normal 7 hrs turn around is already below par compared to other competitors. Having said that, your technical do resolve this rather quickly when jumped in.
